Don't know if you have to sign a non-disclosure agreement but probably yes.
Just your good old Civil Service grunts in there for the infrastructure and material support staff....Some handy dandy armed drones overhead...A bunch of National Guardspersons tromping around and a Platoon of chinese foot soldiers in the underground bunkers.

Like Public Education, Government Procurement is always reinventing itself.  Currently, DHS runs the domestic security empire and is expected to absorb some of the economic and personnel slack left from our  pullbacks overseas.  But  I do wonder what agencies will be the recipient of this DHS largess and how long they will be content to be on an allowance.

Panetta may play well  with others, but not all of the other clandestine and military service masters do. There are enough players in the mix that I think a bloodless coup is inevitable.
