New Amazing UFO Picture
ATS Exclusive on C2C

I was sent this by a member of both sites just a few minutes ago.  As this is an ATS exclusive you will have to look at the story at ATS or listen to Coast to Coast

It's been a while since they did a good UFO case... perhaps Mark (Springer) is a little nostalgic for the good old days :P but this is an interesting photo

We can see if ArMaP can tell us how much we can post but here is the image in question

The full story is here;

**ATS EXCLUSIVE** "UFO" Image Captured Over Crete - WHAT IS IT?
(On Coast to Coast Am Tonight)

Just wanted to give you a heads up so we can watch this case develop

So lets get our own analysis of this thing going :D

You know I am no techie, but that ufo looks like ones from the 40s, 50s, 60s; you know the totally silver disc type thingy  :-[ as compared to those new plasma type thingies  :-[

I am a member over there but I cant stand going over, the place drives me nuts; too many dipsticks posting.  :P
I know that I know nothing - thanks Capricorn.

There is a simple solution to the dipsticks...

Simply read the OP and follow his/her links to the original story. Few threads there go much beyond the first page before the dipsticks, debunkers, naysayers and trolls take over

But the OP of a good thread is worth the look

That Springer himself posted that is interesting. He was always the UFO guy from say one :D

Now this photo comes complete with EXIF data so its an original from the camera... no photoshop tampering

geeze..just going to sit back and see what you guys figure out - technically

but my eye was drawn first to the guy in the mirror with the binocs..
it seemed very posed....
doesn't mean it isn't real..just that  that is what jumped out at me first
and the goats..?..was this guy on vacation with a camera crew?..or what..?
and exactly where was the pic taken?
so many questions
but if it generates traffic to his site - then it's a goal met

i know we have ufo's i've seen a few so i don't doubt that
but it seems they have started posing for pictures
what with this and the maps stuff...
the cynic in me is hard pressed to take it at face right now..

sigh
sucks to be so non beliving when i would really like to
jump up and down and yell YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH great shot..

:P

on closer inspection i see he is holding the camera not binocs..
so who is taking the picture..?
if it was a guy in the back seat wouldn't there be some type of
structure between the windows?
and at a certain level it looks like a round object with a movable ring around it
hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

For one thing the lighting is correct.  Looking at the goats and their shadow, the sun must be in the bottom right direction.  Looking at the craft the sun is reflecting perfectly in that location on the side.

Surely not another hoax.  I cannot understand why people want to go to all of the trouble of creating a hoax.  10 seconds of fame?  Hard up for attention. ???
The only people in the world, it seems, who believe in conspiracy theory, are those of us that have studied it.    Pat Shannon

Sky, youre probably on the right path.

The binocular guy shows me it wasnt just tossed in the air and there for a split second...he didnt need binoculars to see the goats either. Whatever it was it was there long enough for binocular guy to get them out and look.

Next, a quick zoom in shows it isnt a disc, it has three defined points at the bottom within view..a possible fourth behind it which cant be seen.

Also, the glimmer of light on the spot is is, shows me that whatever is illuminating it is coming from the right of the frame..more towards the center or up higher. If it were from the right bottom the two lower points on the right of the object would be glinting as well.

Personally I think most alien craft will be travelling either so fast they cant be photographed this well, or there will be some sort of distortion to the object due to extraneous power sources.

True the glint of light could be propulsion and it may be travelling to the left. But it seems like a sunny day and thats most likely light reflecting off of it.

Maybe the ET's were zooming in for some curried goat, and this gal and her friends ruined the buffet for them!

We cant be sure, as with all of these images, speculation is the soup of the day..although Ill say it is shaped curiously like a more shiny one of these...

Cheers!

copied it and blew it up..which is about all i can do
and opps..it's a female with a camera and there doesn't appear to be anyone in the back seat behind her
so where's the person who is taking the pic at?

Littleenki

I zoomed it and messed with it a bit, Sky, and what looked to me like a guy with binoculars behind her, seems as if it might be something else...sure looked like it until I put it on the 60 inch plasma tv screen. Still, it looks like something is over her shoulder..could be binoculars or another camera guy perhaps..its kinda blurry but to me the first thing I saw was a pair of lenses..maybe its my pareidolia flaring up again!LOL!

Could it be another camera, and not binoculars, sneaking in from behind her?

And, if its her shot, shes got quite a camera..it takes a very wide shot from such a tiny lens, eh?

Looks like shes pointing it at the goats and not the ufo, too.

Wonder if she even saw it until the images were developed?

Now, to the business at hand.

We believe this to be a real event and an untampered-with photo.

That said, we find the following statements to be interesting enough to bear mention and follow-up:

"... owls being something very closely associated in visitation cases."

"The UO also fits well into the self negation by aligning itself with her camera and not the environment (horizon)."

"As a researcher of this phenomena, I believe the possibility exists that "SHOOTER" was not given this sighting by chance, but that she was ensconced in those rare alignments that constitute a paranormal experience."

The implication that 'permission' was 'given' by the 'UFO' is exciting, at the very least.

Or are we merely too 'hopeful'    ???

Well I find it hard to process much of UFO's.  Skepticks cry Chinese Lanterns all the time yet myself living in a largish city with a healthy asian population I aint seen these chinese Lanterns posing as Black Triangles.

If real, Springer got a good scoop on that and its actually really good to see an ATS founder doing what its all about rather than some silly website that has a few graphs on american politics.  Having said that there is always the chance that the silly website made some members see that the UFO Section was dead...  Make of that what you will :P

"...One and a half hour later, when we finally arrived on the beach after a long climb down hill it was very, very windy, almost stormy so we decided to hide in one of the beach-cafeteria's and we scrolled through the shots on our camera to see what I photographed.

This is when we first noticed there was something in the sky on just one of the shots I took.

...We didn't notice anything was in the sky when I took the shot.

We didn't experience anything strange. It was a warm, sunny day,

but there was a strong wind out of the Northeast.

There was no sound."

OK Thor, now I need to go shopping..thanks a lot!!LOL!

A51, Thanks, I dont click on any links associated with ATS usually..dont trust them..so i didnt read that quote..

I have to agree with Thor..it looks very real indeed!

Also, it was a gift perhaps, and she was deserving it as the shutter snapped..some get the grace of ET more than others..Ill be calling them tonight and asking why I havent gotten a sighting in thirty years!

Ill also be interested in seeing what others here think about the shape of it, as the image I posted above is very similar...well?

Not a disc....but something more detailed for sure!

Too bad most people do not have the monitors correctly calibrated and the complain about "removed lens flares" when the lens flare was clearly visible, like happened in another forum some days ago... ;D

QuoteWe believe this to be a real event and an untampered-with photo.
It does look like an untampered photo, but today everything is easy to fake, including the EXIF data.

I once changed a photo to see if anybody could detect it (I presented it along with another photo), and even the people that could identify the altered photo were wrong about what they thought was altered.

Unfortunately, just a photo is not enough these days, and the accompanying story doesn't add a thing.

Is there some reason not to think that the taking of the picture, with the camera, would not also get the reflection of the camera taker in the mirror??

The camera taker seems to be using the camera, while looking at the digital display. And in doing that, he/she also gets himself in the pic, from the mirror - - that's what it looks like to me.

Of course, I could be mistaken!  ;)

For me, the UFO enlarged from the pic, certainly does not look like a normal winged earthly flying object. Enlarged, on my high def display, it looks spherical metallic, with some type of rim
