This subject has been brought up many, many times in the past. 

Humans are bound by karma but then again we hear about the jump room and the Naval Space program.

So who are you going to believe.

But if y'all think the Serpo thing happened (humans going off world for a visit) doesn't that contradict the quarantine?

and going in the other direction,  couldn't it be argued that Disclosure is a critical part of our evolution such that Helpful Aliens would plan to get'r done?

Not at all; Babies are taken out of their Playpens at different times.

Some even find their own way out.   

i.e. the "Earth Program" being the playpen. The rest of the "Universe Program" is Outside the "Playpen".

That will happen at some point in our Individual (Mind i.e. LIFE Not "Flesh") development, but slowly does it;

Not counting the Plsama Criiters that everyone is calling "UFO's" there are very few real 'encounters' these days  VERY FEW... and since most of you refuse to accept CRITTERS, a naturally existing LOCAL lifeform as explanation for the myriad of glowies and orbs, your all DOOMED to a dead end belief that the Alien Galactic Brotherhood is going to come down any day now and save us all from ourselves

I believe in the possibility of critters, there's a lot of evidence for that, doesn't have to be intelligent to be a critter, does it?
I don't think the Alien Galactic Brotherhood gives a rat's fart about this little planet, except it's got plenty of water, some nice beaches.

OK let's talk serious.
We know there's a lot happening up there that we don't know about, we know our own gubmint is involved. We know they are working overtime to distract us:
"Gee look, another terrorist attack!"

I only did it once, having just passed out & stopped breathing.
I had the distinct impression that i could go anywhere i pleased, on earth or off it
At the time, i went & mooched around northeast Scotland.
I had no idea of 'time'. I had no sensation of any other 'spirit' or 'intellect' around me, nothing.
It was just me, and the universe.
Quite an experience, i can tell you

I'm also not unaware of all the Big Disaster End OF World Alien Attack type films that are making the rounds (yet again).
The accent on aliens is a bit stronger this time, it's not like ET or those other films with cuddly fluffy aliens, remember Alf?
No, these aliens are more like Klingons on steroids, Predators. Flesh eating 8 foot monsters.

You really think such a race also had the refined intellect to build space ships, fly 10 zillion lightyears & use them to go hunt Arnie Schwanzenegger in a jungle?

Greys are far more believable, and i do believe in them. There may be 100's of races out there, most of them carbon-based humanoids like us.
The only thing i would like to know is, what are they up to?
The Greys are clearly breaking this 'quarantine', they must know it's against the rules.
(I'm assuming the Galactic Brotherhood have a Prime Directive for this sort of thing)
