I  know you can link it to anything.  I can link John Lear's Toes to everything but I won't as people will think I'm a broken record.

Excuse Me, Pim...but I do think that in the question of quarantined Humanity, TAP is VERY salient.  In fact, if We ARE quarantined, it may be the best way out.  JL's toes will not free Humanity.

And, lest You fail to know, the ONLY thing I live for is spreading the info and KEEPING IT IN CONSCIOUSNESS.  Shall I be banned here for speaking of it, too?

Would you say that this 'program' running for thousands of years is our REAL evolution, and would you agree that we are (maybe) at the point of transition from a Type 0 (terrestrial) civilisation to a Type 1 (interplanetary)?

Maybe that's what all the ET activity really is, maybe they all bought tickets to come & watch....
What i mean is, they know about the 'program', and maybe they are curious as to how we handle our discovery of it....

So there is an Intelligent reason why the Earth experience is what it is.

For some the next step is learning about their NEW or "Upgraded" Processing System.

That seems to me to be the most logical step.
Accept it for what it is, try to understand it, experiment if possible, & above all, learn.
So maybe i can't intentionally RV, no more than i can bend a spoon or levitate a pencil by concentrating on it.
(Of course i tried it, we all do at one time or another, don't we?)

If I met an ET, I'd say, "Look, what did you expect from a species that lacks telepathy? I mean, c'mon, considering that huge handicap, we've done pretty well".

There was much talk of this in Linda's forum. We generally agreed (didn't we?) that there was some evidence of a 'nudge' here & there. People getting fantastic ideas from nowhere, or a sudden impulse to go & do 'something different' that lead to important discoveries.
This 'intelligent force' definitely 'feels' extra-terrestrial in it's nature.
There is (in my opinion) a negative force also, call it an evil force if one has to name these things. This (also my opinion) is very much more terrestrial in origin.

In other words, it looks like we are about to shoot ourselves in the foot, during a race, just before the finish..........

Considering we lack telepathy (& a lot of other stuff) we are doing fairly well, IMO

But, in my way of thinking about it, we are pretty much to blame ourselves, for any actual "quarantine". Any real knowledge and understanding on "How to do it", is pretty limited. We still struggle with simple launch vehicles, and with most of the other just very basic stuff, necessary to even the exploration of our solar system. And to even think about a human launch to the stars is completely outside the known capabilities for even doing that.

Yes, you could spell/summarize those challenges as being synonymous with "quarantine" I guess.

Here is a little about that HOW and WHY....

There are 2 things involved (once again as ALL comes in 2's), as there is, in everything that exists.

1.      The Experience itself i.e. ecperiencing the flesh and Universes it interacts with.
and
2.      What Produces the experience ! (our body and Universe)

The Experience is a Complex form of "Communication", between the ends of the Mind
i.e. "Awareness" or LIFE.

Remember at school your teacher mave have said "A Picture contains a thousand words" ?

So the "Experience" involving 5 + different ways of experiencing the same Picture (Body & Universe)
is certainly a sophisticated way of "Communicating", unlike our Computers or TV etc.

So we find "Evolution" occurring in both, the System which Produces the "Experience"
and that "Experience" itself.

The "Evolution", found in the Experience (Universe) is a bit like a "Metaphoric Story"
about the Evolution taking place, in what produces everything, which may be like "Metamorphosis",
as found in many species on Earth.

The Changes taking place in the "Processing System" ALL things are Manifested through,
involves "Hardware" (The Conceptual "Construct") and "Software" Upgrades.

This takes place through a sort of "Metamorphosis" process, i.e. "Morphing" or "Shape Shifting".   

The reason why "History" is sort of "Metaphoric" or in "Parable form" is so the "Story" itself
(Body & Universe) can't Interfere with the process.

The "Experience" or "Story" (History) invokes the process of "Metamorphosis" to begin.
in the Construct (LIFEs Processor)


So referring to the "Processing Construct" of the Mind i.e. "Awareness" or LIFE,
it is our Questioning, during  "Play Time" in "The Playpen"  involves the "Absolute Center"
of the Mind (a Baby) being "Invoked" by the Outer End of the Mind i.e. "Awareness" or LIFE.

Unconsciously we are asking the other End of our Mind i.e. "Awareness" or LIFE for answers !

It is when we ask we get an answer ... 

If we don't ask we don't get an anser...   

The other End of the Mind is our "True Parent" (Previous One) and the "Absolute Center"
is the "Child"  or baby.

When the Parent notices us asking, then it knows we are willing to listen i.e. Take Notice,
so will then feed us with Knowledge we desire profitable for the changes taking place
in the "Construct" of the "Processing System" of LIFE..

When this occurs, the "Downloading" takes place, to make the "Absolute Center" i.e. the "Child"
or baby, become like its "Parent" (Outer End of The Mind) i.e. Create Universes and Worlds,
involving Experiences for the shear enjoyment of Living.

It is ONLY LIFE which "Lives", that is why it is called LIFE... 

The Body, (result of a "Program") is NOT Living, as it is NOT LIFE but instead,
"Flesh" or the "Species", "Primate" or whatever.... 


So the "Transition" involves the "Processing System" and NOT "The Species".

But in saying this, it is through the "Species" i.e. the body we, "Partitions of LIFE" express ourselves..

"Inventions" or "Discovery" is One of the Processes involved,
as a result of the Invoking the "Absolute Center" of the Mind (baby)
by the other End (Outer) of the Mind (Parent)

But seriously, folks.......  if what Sleeper said is true ( and I can believe it given how calculus was discovered simultaneously), then we have a continuing Violation Of The Prime Directive.

There's a lot of stuff that happened in history that only seems logical, viewed backwards as it happened.  How did the enormous resources to develop the atomic bomb get committed when it was all so speculative?

Likewise the US Constitution.  I have some sympathy for the Mormon notion that it was Divinely inspired. How the heck a bunch of squabbiling rebels put together such wisdom is a miracle. If you don't think so, look at Congress today.

The interesting aspect of a portion of that particular twist in the turn of time is the personnel cross-over to PRC membership/associates of members/associates of associates/etc.

It is always enlightening to see the pebble-in-the-pond effect at Pegasus. The house-cleaning was beneficial to all and unearthed a few acorns to ferret out.

I must say that a little research on swann's book 'penetration' took me to another forum and a very interesting quote from yet another  book mentioning all those mentioned already..... the author of the post quotes a bob teets book and the passsage that  he quotes I thought was very telling as it addresses the rv and aliens topic
