As to PBS Nova Astrospies. John and I were putting together a piece on that for a thread on ATS when out of the blue Nova pops up this Astrospies.  They scooped us by about a week and it looked like they were looking over my shoulder

But it's okay because they had the resources to do it right and interview the real players at the Pentagon... just sucks we didn't start the thread BEFORE they released theirs

But after that no one bugged us about secret astronauts anymore

Its overload. Just when you want to post a good story, three things happen that day.

On top of that a story spreads like wildfire over the net with every blogger rushing to post it first

It's so much even I cannot hope to keep up. I still have 30ish mega threads in the workshop that I haven't got back to.

Yet no one has posted the update that DARPA bought it

It's just too much to grasp  and then toss in all the charlatans distorting what facts you can find, top it off with the wild believers taking everything out of context  and you have a mess

Re: the "cloud" - it may look cloudy, but as I observe it, it looks like no cloud to me. That is especially true, as I pause the video at the zoomed-in point. As it is paused, we can observe more clearly that this thing has specific non-cloud-looking characteristics, especially in and around the lower area. A primary characteristic we can see, in this open area, is a long white thing, that looks unnatural to me

For me, full screen is even more revealing, but..........as Tonto would say, "me not know what it is Kemo Sabe".

Did your grandfather join the service and go to west point academy without a birth record cert? As far as I know, you have to have more than a notation you were born in the US to climb military rank after attending prestigious west point. I find this completely out of norm a man was created with no previous record on file somewhere who he is and where he was born. Until 1952 when he runs for president.

When Republicans in Texas learned that Dwight D. Eisenhower didn't have a birth certificate, they decided to fashion a "delayed" birth certificate for him.

Lonnie F. Roberts of Denison, Texas obtained birth information from Mamie Eisenhower and got Ike's older brother, Arthur, a banker in Kansas City, to sign the necessary documents. Mamie sent the family testimony to the Commodore Hotel, Ike's Campaign HQ in NY, and the Republicans put together a "delayed birth certificate" request which they filed for Eisenhower.

(Birthers of the 1950's said it was all a Conspiracy to hide the fact that President Eisenhower was Jewish).

Ike needed birth certificate to run for president - 'Ike had nothing to hide!' -

BY LINDA BENTLEY - CAVE CREEK – Glen Fairclough, a reader from Salt Lake City, Utah, sent us an e-mail last week to express his gratitude for publishing the recent article regarding President Obama's Kenyan birth certificate.

And, while going through digital images online of his hometown newspaper, the Deseret News and Telegram, Fairclough forwarded us a United Press wire article from the Oct. 2, 1952 edition he thought we would find interesting.

The article appeared on page 6A with a dateline of Sherman, Texas. It was headlined: "General's birth certificate officially filed," and stated, "A certificate recording Dwight Eisenhower's birth in Denison on Oct. 14, 1890, was filed Wednesday [Oct. 1, 1952] in the Grayson County Clerk's office.

"Nobody had bothered to make out a certificate when the Republican presidential candidate was born in a house at the corner of Lamar and Day streets in nearby Denison.

"A copy of the certificate filed Wednesday was mailed to Mrs. Eisenhower in Denver. Eisenhower's older brother, Arthur, signed the certificate. It was also signed by the Grayson County Judge J.N. Dickson and recorded by County Clerk J.C. Buchanan."

David Dwight Eisenhower was the third of seven boys born to David Jacob and Ida Elizabeth.

Since he was called Dwight while growing up, Eisenhower swapped his first and middle names when he enrolled at West Point Military Academy.

Elected 34th president of the United States in November 1952, Eisenhower made it through his first 62 years without any need for a birth certificate.

However, the need arose when he became a presidential candidate. Since Eisenhower was the oldest man to be elected president since James Buchanan over 100 years earlier, age was obviously not at issue. Instead, there was protocol in place for presidential candidates to provide proof of eligibility to appear on the ballot.

It seems Ike has some trouble remembering his birthplace when asked and has to have the question redirected to his mom.

There's also a small matter where Ike told an INS inquiry he was born in tyler texas and somehow kansas also comes in to the question as where he was born. I know where I was born and seriously wonder why Ike has a problem. But of course, when your a synthetic cutout made to happen you don't have all the answers when asked. That's why they have others make stuff up like they did for baracko. Were not suppose to see these little things and ask questions. Asking questions can get you killed.

I tell you this fake reality is so blurred that it can't be told with a straight face when looking for answers.
