Do we need to consider the experiments with long term syphylis on blacks?  Testing biological warfare agents in subways?  Did they ever find the WMD's in Iraq? 

Is it so difficult to believe that competent psychopaths could gravitate to the highest levels of government and business?

From what I have seen, it's very easy to manipulate people to make them think that some event was intended with a specific purpose, so, in this case, it's possible that we are being played so we do not believe that this was the action of a lone man with mental issues when in fact it was.

For example, I have seen people say that, like in other cases (9/11 and some other case I don't remember) there was some kind of FEMA training going on near the area. Does may mean that someone is conditioning people to think that, whenever there's some FEMA training (or whatever it was) then it's possible that there will be some kind of attack.

The possibilities are really many, and the government is not the only one that knows how to manipulate people, it's just the one with most resources.

what i come up with is

to totally finish off any trust you had in any current mostly large organization

so can i think of any reason why no trust in anything would be an accomplishment

so far on one hand this jumps into my brain
multiple groups looking to be the 'savior'
and take over in some way with the slogan of 'fixing it'
are they trying to wipe out the current 'top guys' so they can be them?

Who? Almost everyone. You can start by the ones that first got something out of this, the media. Does that mean that they were the ones behind it? No, it means only that they could (and probably did) play things in a way that was most advantageous to them.

That's what I was saying, how can we know what is being manipulated? Are "they" (whoever "they" are) making this look like a hoax on purpose? To me that sounds more likely than faking the killing of dozens of people. Knowing what we know of these killing sprees, "they" just had to wait for the next one to play their cards.

The result? Too soon to know, for now, those that have profited the most are the ones presenting their own theories, making YouTube videos that get thousands of views (and get advertising money in return).

1) 3-D printers - yes, anyone can buy one. The new ones are falling below 2K in price and CNC or Laser based systems can handle metal.  There are projects being developed to 3-D print small buildings and 3-D print a car!  Staples in Europe is planning to put them in their stores for customer use.

2)UFO Disclosure - who says that UFO Disclosure will be done willingly?  There are a wide variety of scenarios in which disclosure occurs inspite of government opposition - no different from Federal failure in the War on Drugs, the war in Afghanistan (uh... we lost) or any other attempt to keep any conspiracy secret currently.  Who says that China or India or other nations are willing to accept US demands to keep ET's secret?

and religion?  Why is it even necessary to discuss this?  Does anyone really think that Aliens will identify themselves as Muslim, Christian or Jewish?  All revealed religions will fade away.

I told the above to a Buddhist class recently and they had no trouble understanding it.

Why will they fade away? Where in any of the above mentioned official writings does it say that god only created and populated the Earth? I only read the Old Testament and the Koran, but I don't remember seeing it.

I don't have any trouble understanding it, it looks more like the people that say that religion will disappear are expecting something that makes it happen, so their wishful thinking kicks in and they can only see that as a result.

Where are is the proof that this is related to the FBI, the big banks and all of the above? Power abusing people are everywhere (even in Internet forums ), that doesn't mean that they are all working together for the same end.

Is there any real evidence that that meeting existed? I could only find sites saying that the meeting was going to happen on a hotel where there was a film festival going one, something completely stupid for such a large organisation to do, specially when we know that they have the possibility of using private places for their meetings.

I imagine that if Humans don't stop accounting for meaningful energy expended, don't take the reigns of the planet - which, if We have Ea's DNA, We are the inheritors of - it WILL get ugly.  "A little rough" is likely a gross understatement.
