A stunning Ministry of Foreign Affairs report on Prime Minister Medvedev's [photo top left] agenda at the World Economic Forum this week states that Russia will warn President Obama that the "time has come" for the world to know the truth about aliens, and if the United States won't participate in the announcement, the Kremlin will do so on its own.

Sure, the black ops/ Cabal types don't want full disclosure of UFO reality but who says they control the whole situation?  Other nations are far more willing to say, 'UFO's are real'.

It further puts the US in a weak position as to foreign policy because China, India, France and maybe Russia have leverage over US hegemony because of their willingness on Full Disclosure.

Having had a quick look so far at the WDIM website and also ref to Sorcha Fail  ( initially I was thinking you were meaning that the article may had come from a Hoax type source and that you meant that the article was a fail ( Sorcha Fail / Sorta fail ) to be truthful)

I had not come across this before...Without spending a lot of time trying to determine out if its misleading, can I ask are you familiar with the source / websites.. and would you think its a likely hoax or may have truth to it  and worth reading ! Hope you don't mind me asking as I don't want to spend time on it if its a Hoax type of site.!

While I don't know a lot about Sorcha Faal in particular, he/she apparently does have a consistent reputation for producing news stories, for which no other source can be found, other than his/her own web site.  Another example of a similar individual that I am more directly familiar with, is Benjamin Fulford, who also has a known tendency for producing unverifiable information.

I am not conclusively or definitively stating, necessarily, that either of these individuals are consistent frauds; merely that their material is almost always unverifiable, or unfalsifiable.  So while they may well be telling the truth, I have found that with them in particular, there is never any way of verifying such one way or the other.

Its nice to know that they may not be proven fraudsters...
and it would be very interesting if this story was to prove to be truth...

But At least we now know to be aware that it could also equally be false and maybe not to take it too serious until we see some other material come out...

There are websites that we come across that often seem to have interesting material, but often also have a mystic side to them that makes me wary and I don't like trying to search through them unless they are trusted or proven worthy...

According to rumor at least, China favors disclosure.  This would make sense because of its Confucian and Buddhist background.  Likewise India because it's Hindu and France because it's enforced secularist.

Russia?  Just weird.  Maybe they're Orthodox in name only after those years of official atheism.

Look at the picture in the link below and see how the fly is attracted to him....Normally in Reptilian mode he would use his tongue to swat or catch the fly... His reactions for a middle age man are maybe faster than one may expect !
