REAL UFO Landing Evidence??? You tell me!

Hey everyone.
First of all, this forum is great. I am a fairly new member and I enjoy speaking with like minded people.

I have some pictures here that are very interesting to me.
They have been puzzling me for more than a year now.

Here is the story:
I go to my grandmothers house in upstate new york every year for the holidays, Utica New York to be exact. I went this time for Thanksgiving 2011, so this event was almost a year and a half ago. We arrived on wednesday the 23rd, which was the day before thanksgiving, during the afternoon so it was still light out. My grandmother has a large backyard (as you can see) so my brother and I were hanging out back there and playing some soccer before it got dark and too cold. We didn't notice this "spot" that day at all. The next morning, I woke up and went into the backyard to check the weather and I was easily able to see this "spot" from the backdoor steps. I walked over to it and was in awe. I had no clue where it came from or what it was, but the possibility came to my mind that it could have been a UFO.

Later that day, we were eating thanksgiving dinner and my little half-cousin, who was about 6 at the time, said "that's probably from a UFO" when I showed him the spot. I just thought that was interesting. My aunt also said the same.

Are there any craft that would be that size?
The grass inside that circle is dis-colored and smashed down compared to the other regular grass.
It is also much more soft.

In the second photo, I sleep directly on the other side of that glass door (next to the van).
And I never get a good nights sleep when I stay at her house.
I have more photos if anyone is interested, I also have videos.
Also, the spot seems like a perfect place to me for a landing because it is hidden by my grandmothers garage, big trees, and some more woods.

my question is do you know where the septic tank  is?
the grass is greener and thicker  in that circle and that's about the right size

i don't think she uses a septic tank, she lives in a fairly large city so they probably use the standard sewage pipes from the government.
i will ask though and then report back here.

i just asked my mom, and my grandmother does not have a septic tank.
that's what i figured.

Interesting, it looks as if the grass got a little "cooked", as if it was under a moist eat, that turned it greener and softer, like what happens when we boil some plants.

Are these photos full size versions? Could you post more?

Some sort of fairy ring?

Fairy Rings can grow in most grasses, and are distinguishable by circular rings filled with fast-growing, dark-green grass. Around the perimeter of the ring, the grass will typically turn brown and often times grow mushrooms. Fairy rings typically grow in soils that contain wood debris and/or old decaying tree stumps.

A few years ago,I had a blue spruce tree get blown down and I cleaned dug up what roots were left and cleaned up all the needles from it.
The grass that I replanted with never matched the grass I had and I have a similar circle.

the grass in my photos is not a "ring" like in the link you posted.
it is fully different, and not just the outer edges.

in the first photo of this thread, there is a tree stump under that silver door that's on the ground.
we were shooting that door with a gun

this is where you need to be a good detective and ask lots of questions before
deciding anything
so here are a few more from me

1. was there ever a septic tank  there
2. was there ever a swimming pool there or something covering that area and that killed the grass at one time
3. are there any pictures of the yard at an earlier time for comparison

i'm sure others can toss a few more..

I have to guess that if it was 1) septic tank (now or past), 2) grease trap, 3) fairy ring, 4) something similar to any of these...

It would NOT have appeared overnight.

If the ring had been there for a while and Quality had been curious about it and was just asking, "Hey. What do You suppose this ring is?" then those answers make sense.

My question is:  what does the area look like now?
