I'm making this thread to share videos of moments in history, whether real or fictitious, that seem to share an odd comical connection to each other. 

for my first example, this quirky scene of queen elizabeth II having a portrait painted in 1991



now compare to this scene from "my fair lady," the movie version of the book pygmalion.

seriously, which one of the women at the race,  reminds you of her majesty the most? 



ever wonder if someone replaced her highness with look alikes every so often, so she didn't have to attend all the pretentious events without end.

just a bit of cultural curiosity.
