This should put a nail in the coffin of the pseudopresident who's been prancing around the White House on our dime. He's not legit, meaning every executive order and piece of legislation this fraudster has signed must now be undone.

Don't get me wrong--I know it won't happen, but it is supposed to happen. We in fact do NOT have a president. Here's why:

The lesson is--when a wannabe photoshops his Birth Certificate he looks like an jackass...coincidentally--his team mascot. Thought that one was pretty straightforward tongue-in-cheek, but I guess not.

If it is unconstitutional for Obama to be President then you need an amendment.

He has lived there for more than 5 years and paid tax?  Yes?

That should entitle him to be a US citizen?  Yes?

He has won the Presidency by "democratic" - albeit corporate dominated - election?  Yes

That makes him your President no matter how much you don't like it in my book.  The racist undertones of having a problem with a president born elsewhere are obvious.  USA is a country where whites are immigrants from Europe - many of whom committed genocide on the natives lets remember.  I think the whole thing is quite strange.  If you live, work and pay taxes somewhere for 5 years you can represent that Nation in international sport etc.  Get over it.

The POTUS may be a puppet.  However, he is more legit than Bush Junior ever (void election) was and wasn't running the CIA when Kennedy was shot like Bush Senior.  He wasn't involved with Watergate and, apart from being a war criminal like most Presidents have, has the honour of actually having won an election "fair and square".

Im sure there are numerous folks who love to bash Obama because he is black or whatever race he might be.

To me, it doesnt matter what we do at this level, when we are unable to even get a clear, legit election to take place.

Might as well be the cookie monster in there.

All of your assertions are faulty because they repair from a starting point of illegality. What you fail to understand is that when fraud is perpetrated, you don't cover it up by writing laws that make lawbreakers able to excuse themselves from accountability. I don't know what teacher failed to impart to you the basics of how the law works, but there are books you can read on the subject. If that's too much, try YouTube; great educational material there.

Well, the OP video was posted on YouTube on March 17, 2013, but as most know, the determination ho Obama's birth certificate being fake was pretty much made by the posse over a year ago. And nothing has happened since then, other than by hook and crook, Obama got himself elected again.

Pimander, no Constitutional Amendment needed, as the Constitution clearly outlines specific requirements of Presidential eligibility. As as been pretty much proven by the posse and Sheriff Joe, Obama should be removed from office, as he has not provided legitimate proof of meeting birth eligibility requirements - rather it appears that his "proof submitted" is fraudulent. The election has no legal standing, regardless of the voting outcome, if the candidate is ineligible.

Anynonmouses, I agree with your comments relative to Pi's reply - - kept me from having to address the other general issues he brought up.

Hold on a minute.  I don't think for a second that anyone posting in this thread is being racist in their posts.

MASSIVE APOLOGY TO ALL CONCERNED. SORRY IF IT LOOKS LIKE I AM IMPLYING THAT.

I also agree that he may not be legit in terms of the law.    I was trying to make a point that he is as legit as the rest in so many ways.  If he is a US citizen and not entitled to be president then that is undemocratic.

My reference to racist undertones is the obsession generally with where he was born (not his colour).  Of course it is wrong to lie about it - if he has - but that's part of politics unfortunately.   The racist undertones I am referring to is how sections of the US population and media have made more of his birth place (whatever that is in reality) than the fact that he is part of the conspiracy to keep us all tied to national and private debts to banks that effectively enslave humans.

No I'm not a lawyer.  I do think though that every citizen in principle should have a right to be in office in a democracy regardless of race/birth place.  If the constitution says a citizen can't be POTUS then I think there is room for improvement.  (I am a fan of the US constitution and think it should be used a a model for the world with amendments regarding banking and exploitation of humans and the environment).

Apologies again, especially to JD whose thread it is and Z who mentioned the constitution.  Nothing in the thread said to me you are racists in any way and I posted that carelessly without reading it back to myself.

I'm not a lawyer but I do have a basic grasp.  I haven't jumped to my position, it is a reasoned, considered one and IS INTENDED TO STIMULATE DEBATE NOT BAIT.

I am generally pretty coherent.  I have tried to clarify in my previous post.

I don't know what teacher failed to impart to you the basics of how the law works,but there are books you can read on the subject.

I've never been taught law except what I needed to know when I was employed by the UK government.

If that's too much, try YouTube; great educational material there.
