Controlled by satellites, man calls 911, over 100 times in a month

He claims to believe his body is controlled by satellites.

"My brain, I can feel it starting. I'm blasted by the signals, every couple of minutes," he said. "I yell and I scream, 'Stop it, I don't need this,' but they never listen."

Sacramento Police say he's ignored warnings to stop calling over and over, so they arrested him for 911 abuse.

"That this person made over 100 calls over a month's time—60 of them came into Sac PD dispatch—that is alarming," said officer Michele Gigante.

I believe him. To many people are saying the same thing although most aren't calling 911 all the time but they do for crazy reasons from their heads.

I knew a woman (she has already died) that said that she had the nose connected to the kitchen faucet, and that made interferences with the modem.

She only said that things like that when she stopped getting their medication.

Now given we have GPS for Location, Altitude Meter's for Elevation it would make Pure sense to know what the Enemy is thinking right ?   How much money globally per fiscal year is spent on understanding brain wave's ?  I cannot answer that question but anyone with half a coconut know's that we are spending more than a ham sandwich's worth in that area.. pardon the pun :

Now I have seen the link to spaced based weapon's on TLM , but would you need them in this case to target an individual ?  probably not given the nature of built up area's testing gadget's. 

It's a given that this world is pretty Un-real to the point that protesting for the most part goes un-noticed by some for reason's we do not know 100%, and in saying what if this was a case of creating a feedback-loop to authorities to see if what they were testing was actually working ?

Back in the 80s I worked in the amusement industry as a technician and a people manager. I used to repair down to component level digital circuitry on logic boards and the CRT. CRT is the analog screen the imagery would be displayed upon for the player to interact with.

The manufactures would build the component with a Faraday cage around it so frequencies would not stray and cause all kinds of weirdness in the surrounding environment.

Later, they began building CRT's with digital capabilities so they would have things on board called RamDacs and flip flops, timers and dac. They now stepped around analog signals to digital signals matched up to the digital ROM and Eprom game logic built on the circuit. Power supplies to went from old big clumsy wired transformer to small digital components that all created noise unless filtered or caged.

When I stood behind a game cabinet diagnosing a digital circuit I would hear the CRT ramdac buzzing as it changed frequencies up and down as it fed the digital signal to other electronic components to build an image on a tv screen tube plotting X and Y coordinates.

Electronics and anything using electricity creates fields of stray energy people can pick up and have their brain decrypt it in all sort of fashions.

Personally, I believe something from above is feeding a signal down to certain people who cannot filter it out and become conductors to the frequency as voices, images and synaptic triggers.

Gigas, i believe we are being subjected to a vast array of electro-magnetic, RF, micro-wave, and who knows what else that is affecting each of us at any given moment; it is only natural that some individuals are more sensitive and/or receptive to this;

are we as a society slowly poisoning ourselves by this plethora of invisible waves?

quite possibly...

has this been a known fact, and should it be addressed ? undoubtedly...

will it? I seriously doubt it...

The easiest solution is to construct homes that are Farraday cages; 'tis quite easy to do...
