Are any members into watching the TED lectures? I have been watching a few but they're relatively new to me.Anyway i thought i would share this one about where our next generation mobile phone will be.Forget google glass this is way more cooler. The concept is not new and the DOD are much further ahead with this tech, an example being a fighter pilot's helmet?.
Still it's cheap and i look forward to my next phone :D
There is a great one on quantum locking/superconductors and the math is insane ! The superconductor can levitate up to 70,000 times it's own weight :o again not new to most of us but great presentations.I'm hooked.OH and this one is from 2009 i think.

Saw this some years ago but have not seen it moving forward. I would love to have something like this.
Walking up to a job and having electrical schematics or tolerance thresholds show up instantly would be awesome! It would mean less equipment to carry around.

Yeah I just posted one like yesterday.  Check it out, its in "General"  this very string.     Here ya go.  Enjoy!     ;D

Indeed! My favorites are the one on Focus Fusion, and Ken Robinson, education expert..great stuff.

Some of them don't interest me, but if you sift through them there's some real gems in there.

Also, a video series I often harp on here is called The Primer Fields. I hope you can watch all three, theyre fantastic as well!

part one of three....

Cheers!

@Littleenki Oh they are some great vids pal, loving the plasmoid LOL a new word for me to play with hehe but the math was a bit too complex for me but thats a nice size clean energy making machine!

As for Sir Ken Robinson,What can i say very very funny ;D i laughed so much i hurt myself But on a serious note he raises some real concerns about how creativity should be allowed to flourish in the individual.I can't help but think how when I myself were in school, Board out of my mind in Religious Education classes ::) WHY was i not put in extra science instead where it would've been of far more use to me and the poor teacher in the RE class.A no brainer really.

Don't get me wrong I now enjoy reading about religions but at the time i could not care less I hated it (the class)
Ken R is bang on the money with his astute analysis of what we need to do as human beings to evolve to the next level and his answers are so obvious once he points out the flaws.

Nice one for those topics dave, (it is david isn't it?) Rob. (looking forward to the primer fields) have some gold my friend.

TED I suspect is another gatekeeper - the new and exciting stuff gets displayed...but never goes anywhere.  When I brought My ideas there, many of My posts were deleted, and when I finally got them on, I was attacked rather vociferously.  No interest was shown by TED itself, though a few posters were jazzed.
"If the universe is made of mostly Dark Energy...can We use it to run Our cars?"

"If You want peace, take the profit out of war."
