Taking anyone back to 24 years old, is now a reality and the disease of aging can be eradicated.

It involves our Chromosome Telomere.

Aging is a disease !

Work being done now at Auckland University in New Zealand.

Wow you have my attention.

truly amazing. I didnt know that about "lobsters have no ageing process".

24 for ever? Il save a fortune on viagra ;)
"Today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration – that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There's no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we're the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."

This telomere idea has been around now for over 20 years,

I can't see the video from here, Please tell me this is not a joke.

I would like to place an order now. 24 forever, I can take that, as long as the mind remembers everything past that. Wow, I could run again! Drink all night and work the next day! Those days were gone, I thought..

I would love to do this.  Where do I sign up!!!

Ok, Do they have it finished or still in the Lab.

I can remember when they first figured thi out as the reason for old age.

We would just die from other reasons.

Sign Deuem up, I am not that far away from NZ. and I also like the cheese and beef we get from there.

Treatment will take place on the human Species within 3 Years according the University.   :)

It has already been achieved on mice and some other animals in the lab.

It is genuine.

there are companies that already sell telomerase.  it's super expensive.  suzanne summers takes it, for example.  have you seen her recently?  she looks younger now than she did 5 years ago.

hubby did a paper on it here:

here i'll just copy and paste it

Telomerase is an enzyme that does interesting things to your DNA. It interacts with the end caps of chromosomes called, telomeres, by adding repetitive strings of non-coding DNA. The telomere's function is that of a protective shield for the useful DNA in the rest of the chromosome and in this way, it acts like a stop loss.

Researchers have recently discovered that the enzyme telomerase, prevents the telomere from using up its non-coding DNA protection longer, resulting in longevity of the chromosome itself, and as a result, the life of the eucaryotic cell is extended as well.

Apparently, the lifespan of a chromosome is generally governed by what is known as its Hayflick Limit. The Hayflick Limit is essentially, how many times a chromosome can replicate in cell division, before it runs out of non-coding DNA in its telomeres. Without the non-coding telomere, the cell cannot divide and replicate, resulting in aging and death of the cell.

Telomerase bypasses these problems by rejuvenating the length of the non-coding telomeres, thus extending the life of the chromosome, the amount of times it can replicate and so the life of the cell is protected to replicate again. Unfortunately, cancer also uses telomerase to keep its telomeres eternallly renewed, an obstacle scientists are quickly overcoming!

In spite of its seeming drawbacks, Telomerase is being touted as the new fountain of youth. Mice have been tested with it and found to recover youthful functions. Elderly mice with loss of fur, graying fur and brain shrinkage, have recovered their fur, its original color and their brains have rejuvenated to their younger, larger brain size.

In addition, study of the telomerase gene can indicate who will get cancer and what kind. As a result, they have isolated some of the differences between telomerase used by cancer versus telomerase used by the rest of the cells of the body. Telomerase is certainly looking more and more like the Fountain of Youth. However, let's hear what Dr. Michio Kaku has to say about it....

It's been around for a while I understand, but what Dr. Andrews with Auckland University are
saying the drug will be tested on Humans within 3 Years.

Here is an older video with Dr. Andrews.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out over the next 3 Years.

i isolated a form of it in its natural state in the plant known as astragalus, which is used in chinese medicines.   so just hustle on up to your health food store and get some astragalus, cause the other stuff (telomerase) still sounds dangerous.
