There is So, So much wrong with this scenario, it is happening all over 'Z' you can bank on it, not so much the Inappropriate contact, but wrongful imprisonment and the out right travesty of court room Cronyism's that I have 'Personally' witnessed.

That Judge deserves to be Disbarred and removed, the court officer's deserved what they got and then more (If you ask me) and for the most part, I think everyone should start pulling these scenario's together where ever they live to the open system where they can get rid of these over paid bastards once and for all and quit wasting the tax payer's dollars.

BOY!! Am I pissed off right now. "Sick Bastards!!"

Thanks once again for  a very pertinent and very disturbing situation, and unfortunately, it is not Just the Las Vegas Court Systems.

LAS VEGAS -- 8 News NOW has learned a federal lawsuit has been filed following an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct at the Clark County Family Court.

Ross Goodman, the attorney for Monica Contreras filed a lawsuit Friday afternoon against Clark County, the state of Nevada, the Clark County courts, two marshals and a hearing master.

Contreras was at family court in 2011 for a protective order hearing. According to an internal affairs report, marshal Ron Fox sexually assaulted Contreras during a drug search off-camera in a room near the courtroom. Hearing master Patricia Doninger ignored Contreras' when she told her what had happened, after the incident. Contreras was arrested when she wouldn't recant her allegations.

After the I-Team aired the courtroom video, there were allegations of a cover-up by the supervisor of the marshal involved in the incident. That supervisor ended up stepping down.

County and court officials are not commenting on the lawsuit, calling it a personnel matter.

Ron Fox is now suing Clark County and maintains his innocence (despite the fact he tried to arrest her on a charge that does not exist). The kicker is that he claimed through his lawyer that Contreras' arrest was just because no one in the court room tried to stop him.

Even the judge in this case is really strange.
What kind of female judge just sits there and
acts like nothing is happening in a situation
such as this? Creepy!

Hope the T.V. station stays up on this,
sometimes I think the only reason justice is served
is when someone is televising. A sad sign of the times.

And let this be a lesson, never ever take children
to court no matter what. Its like 'dont ever talk
to the police'. These should be two hard and fast
rules for the wise.
