Seems this is all about that "HAARP is closed" story that went viral but wasn't true.  LOL I went directly to the NAVY HAARP site which is still up and listing CURRENT projects and they said it ws a false rumor...

DARPA is funding a lot of programs but they did not buy it...

Thats crazy. I have trolled youtube to death (I KNOW I KNOW ) i should know better etc
but I have threatened to send anthrax letters to some git i was having a ranting match with
and thats nothing! infact thats tame.
I have never had so much as a warning? i get the occasional "your an ass" comment but i expect it!

I had suspicions about Dutch too.  He ignores all My tweets, emails, etc.

I figure any honest Person would at least give Me a fair shake as far as at least asking questions.
