I seriously recommend You choose to watch this hour long piece.  He is very scientific about His analysis.

Really, We HAVE to do something, and I say spreading a solution on the planet might ensure We win.

Do keep in mind Cheney's INTENSE work ensuring fracking NOT be subject to EPA rules...

I an CERTAIN within less than 1% probability otherwise, that this guy is ON to something.
