Didn't know they had these     I need to look at Russia more closley again beach partons do not look to disturbed so I bet it lands here a lot....  comments say;

"The Russian Defense Ministry said that the incident was just a normal practice and that the beach is? on military grounds. Komsomolskaya Pravda points out that the Baltic Fleet usually trains a couple kilometers north from that location."
