Just went to ATS.... something I do occasionally. Hopefully the treatment will stop this soon!!  :P
Noticed that Nick Pope has started a thread there and is now taking questions.... Have not had the time to read through yet, but already up to 18 pages.

I just went over and read the thread, 22 pages now.

Lots of questions, very few answers.

So far... 'nothing to see here folks, move along'.

ArMaP

That's the first guest for their new "ask me anything" initiative.

I wasn't expecting anything new. :)

zorgon

Nick Poop is on Farcebook too  LOTS of questions... good ones... but very few answers and none direct... just a lot of generalities

I think the Pope is disinfo Poop :P

or in the "Information Management Bureau"

While I can see why the ATS owners would initiate this "ask me anything" theme of well known speakers/writers in conspiracy theory's, starting with Nick Pope, it beggar's belief  however that some ATS members participating in Nick's Thread actually expect him to be able to answer some of their questions as though his answers are definitive with true insight into the matters asked of him.  They are better off using Google to look up the answers themselves, at least they would have access to different sources of information than can be provided by Nick Pope's generalized opinions on the subject matter.

I agree  :)

But then again. His thread has at this point 426 Flags. Which tells me everything he says must be the exact truth?  8)

Glad I checked here first and got the poop on Pope's thread. Thanks to those who gave a summary (not worth the time to read it).

I sent this to Ron The Saucer Last night!   ;D

Nick wrote this last last night in that thread....

QuoteThe case that still haunts me from my time on the UFO project is the  Cosford incident – a wave of sightings that took place over the UK over a six-hour period in March 1993. I led the investigation into those  sightings personally. Though it predates my time on the UFO project, the  other case that still haunts me is the Rendlesham Forest incident. I conducted a  cold case review of these sightings in 1994.

The language disturbs me, even though it may appear kosher  :P

I agree... and this is happening to all the insiders... the fickle public expects their favorite whistle blower to have all the answers on everything.

And when they do try to answer it they end up with what John calls "UFO disease"  The need to come up with an answer to keep their audience.

Problem with that is that they then support any old BS that is in the news like the Jerusalem UFO or that Turkey UFO. Linda Howe tossed her hat into that California Drone hoax and lost credibility when that broke

I do have ONE QUESTION for the Pope that he does have the answer to/ I asked it at Facebook and got no reply. To me this questions is THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE

The Mod released UFO files...  He was in that department until they shut it down recently

The files are NUMBERED sequentially but in the releases there are MANY MISSING NUMBERS

So my question is "Where are the missing files and why did they not release those?"

All the other countries have the same issue... they released only selected files and the ones I have taken the time to read are just mostly fluff. The only real exception is the Tehran UFO from the NSA

So if any of you are on ATS ask THAT question and see if we can get an answer as to why the GOOD files have not been released :D

Nick Pope is also seen with John Alexander a lot... I would track down that connection considering Alexander is effectively head of of MJ12 :P

Nick Pope Worte this :

QuoteI'm not an expert on the tether incident, but it's notoriously difficult for non-experts to interpret space imagery.

More generally, I don't have much time for theories about NASA involvement in a UFO cover-up. Firstly, there's the central absurdity that the main 'evidence' for these claims is photos and videos that NASA itself has freely put out. Secondly, if anything, NASA is too keen on this issue. Look at their handling of the Martian meteorite saga in 1996, and the more recent handling of Felissa Wolfe-Simon's Mono Lake microbes. Most scientists were much more cautious about all this. Put simply, NASA would love to find aliens and would shout it from the rooftops if they did.

Pope, a  PR man hitched to a gravy train.
He is the go to guy for any reginal uk tv station that has a UFO story.
Because  he is an " Expert ".
But the fact is he is NOT an expert at all.
I think he was a pencil pusher who found himself in a job at the MOD, and then found himself minor celebrity.....
I don't think he has a clue.

Yuk, seeing people waste their time on him is so distasteful.

He's a supporter of the 9/11 'official story'...

Nuff said.

ETA: @ ArMap - Any idea where that  '6 million' thread went?
