First contact dream I just had

I want to get as much written down about this as I can, while I can still remember it, because I only just woke up, and already it is fading, as it already does.

I just had a dream about an ET first contact scenario; as in, publically/widely broadcast, in which I was one of the initial points of contact.  It was garbled, and part of the framing mechanism in the dream was that I was initially sitting down to watch a film; but then it changed into something where I was no longer watching a film, but things were actually happening.  Take into account, if you wish to, the fact that as I have said before, I am fairly certain that I am an abductee; although again, I'm inclined to believe that this was only a dream (or at least, contact given in the form of a dream) rather than a scenario in which I was actually taken.

A large number of silver saucers came down; similar in that sense to the film Independence Day, although the ships were much smaller, for the most part.  The American government tried to shoot them down...at literally every step of the way, it tried to shoot them down.  With most, it did not succeed, but with a few of them it did and the ships were destroyed.  The government in the dream were using very primitive weapons, comparitively speaking; somewhat more modern looking aircraft than what I have usually seen, but still missile and laser based weapons.

The aliens themselves never shot back, and never did anything hostile.  Not once.  It was all the government.

When a few of the saucers which had not been shot down got to Earth, the scene just changed, and suddenly I was sitting in one of the craft, with I think a few other humans.  The aliens looked similar to the Greys or Bashar's race, but they did not show their faces very often.  To a degree they were afraid of what we would do to them if they did, I think.

A miniature, three dimensional stargate was built in the center of the room in the craft that we were in, (3D in the sense that it projected a spherical puddle, not the usual 2D plane) and as part of the initial contact, we actually used that to buy them some food from a local petrol station, which was odd...just part of the dream, I guess.  What we bought them was the usual fast food; a meat pie, some potato chips or Twisties, and a can of Coke.  Us, "buying them something," was also shown as a concept which was unique to our own society.

They did not have money, and they didn't have trade or even any set or formalised philosophy around it.  They simply had a scenario where they recognised that producing enough food for them all to be able to eat, was necessary for the survival of their entire species.  They were not governed by Malthusian philosophy as we are; to them such an ideology was directly suicidal.

After we had done that, I warned them that they should not consume these two often, as it would probably be bad for their health, as it was bad for ours.  I then had the impression, (no words as such) that the only food they consumed, was plant based and intended to be exclusively beneficial or nutritious for them, in physiological terms.

I responded verbally by saying that I was aware that this food was produced by a group of us, who actually had the express intention of rendering the rest of us extinct.  I was then asked how it was that I could then possibly eat such food, when I was consciously aware of that.  The tone of the aliens when I was asked this, was completely incredulous; they could not understand.

I can only remember them saying two other things to me.  The first, was that although it was not their intention to take us over, that if hypothetically speaking it was, they would have to do virtually nothing at this point themselves.

All they would have to do would be to wait until we had built an international group of nuclear power stations at different points on the planet, (which I did not know whether actually were going to be built or not; in the dream they were apparently on the drawing board) and then fire a single high powered plasma burst into each of them.  The resulting explosions and destruction, would essentially wipe us out, and give them a new planet that they could then move in and do whatever they liked with, once they had cleaned up the fallout and radiation, which for them would be relatively easy.

The second thing that the aliens said to me, was that we were now at a point environmentally, at which the next generation of human children that were to be born, would turn to their parents and ask questions which their parents would not want to answer; about why, when their parents were living in the period in which the environment was incontrovertibly being destroyed, they remained inactive and did nothing.

This is truthfully why, as a teenager, I made the decision that I myself would not be having children; because I have always known that I would be an adult in a time when reproduction would not be an ethically defensible act, in terms of the environmental and social scenario, that I would be giving such children to live in.
