Thanks,  Amaterasu,

Here is a pdf from Greenpeace that breaks down into three categories so we can make informed choices.

It is a bit hard to scroll using this link,  but gives an option to view with Adobe as well.

I found it to be helpful   ;)

Thank you Amy / Darkly..

Some more companies on the lists that surprise me that I had wondered about...P&G for eg..who I thought had been trustworthy..and a fully ethical company or as I recall that's what they used to claim..

Some of these companies do stick with their own brands like kelloggs for eg... ie they do not supply their products to other companies...
(Which make them easier to avoid) ) who may repackage and rename their product...that I think  a competitor of theirs may do , for eg like General Mills who may say supply the large Supermarket chains such as Walmarts for eg..

So for some its is still not easy to know unless it is shown on the packaging...

Unfortunately it becomes quite a task and time consuming and maybe more expense trying to work out what to eat and what to avoid..

Wish there were some easier cheaper solutions...Like some new store who ensures what they sell is GMO Free and at decent costs.

The annoying thing is , GMO Used in the right way could be very good...
If say Fruits and Crops were made to last longer with larger size products....

Are there any GMOs being supplied that are worth while..that do not poison us , but offer better value in the way we were initially led to believe .?

To My awareness all GMO creates more issues than it solves.  It's so catch as catch can in the creation of the product.

Well there are 34 brand names on that list that I used to buy at home. At least 6 of them are now also here, maybe more.
Monsanto is taking over the world. Oh No! I wonder which is worse, GMO or fake food?
We have lots of fake food here. Fake and copy are a way of life, one must be careful.

I suppose now I have a truly compelling reason, to attempt to kick my 30 or so year long Coke addiction.  I also had Uncle Ben's rice for lunch today, as well.  I hope that didn't include some, "secret ingedients." :(

The problem with those lists is that, because of differences in legislation, things are different in different countries, so a company that uses GM products in one country may not do that in a different country, making it harder to know what is and what is not GM food (or food components).

Yea thats true,
I remember seeing some watchdog type TV show where they presented identically packaged products sold in the UK and France.
It was like nescafe and cadbury etc, the big household grocerie names.
Basically inside the identical packaging were totally different products.
The stuff that came into Blighty was crap compared to its French counterpart.

i think the reason those companies in particular are being targetted is because 1) they are american and 2) they most likely have jewish ceos.   this is not the correct way to determine food choice.   we need verification that these companies specifically and exclusively, use gmos, and if the other companies, not listed, also use gmos.  if they all use gmos, depending on country, the issue isn't the gmos but the country's laws.

in other words, if our country makes laws to protect its citizens from gmos, then those companies will not sell gmos here anymore.  they will still sell food here, just not gmos

Another concern is now that the bees are not able to pollinate like they used to we will have less natural food so this could create a situation that GMO's are "necessary"   We also aren't clear on what effect the chemtrails are having on crops.......

As our soil becomes contaminated natural growing may have some new challenges,  yet as the people,  I am sure we can find a way to manage.

It is a shame,  a dang shame.

I heard a comment a couple of days ago that the GDP is based on 1/3 consumerism,  1/3 pharmaceutical/medical,  1/3 criminalization...........

Gonna be tough to take down such a monster~

If We can get free energy flowing...We can take money - ALL of it - from corporations.  That will leave only Individuals to deal with.

If we had a source for that list it would help. A list made in the US is most likely to show US companies, don't you think?

Quotethis is not the correct way to determine food choice.
Assuming the list was created because the companies are American and have Jewish CEOs is not the correct way either.  :P

This is silly...

Who has time to waste going through the list of what NOT to eat?

You want to be taken seriously?

Make a list of foods that are OKAY to eat...

And make sure..

1) You are not using a Vegan bias...
2) The food list contains enough choices to maintain a healthy balance

Now I think I will go out and get some of those HUGE Kentucky Fried GMO chickens  All this food talk has made me hungry
