A 55-year-old woman accused of encouraging her husband to shoot their neighbor because he was 'telepathically raping' her has pleaded guilty to two charges.

Meloney Selleneit is accused of illegally buying a gun for Michael, who then shot 41-year-old Tony Pierce twice in back as he worked outside his trailer home in Utah.

Selleneit, who has been at a state hospital since the attack in October 2011, has now been found competent to stand trial.

How do you handle a ZOMBIE after this and claim there ok to stand trial now.

something strange is going on in utah.  i had the same thing happen to me while living there, but i couldn't isolate it to a particular individual.  it helps here to know that i was going slowly insane at the time, from an infection in my brain. lol maybe they should test her to see if she's medically ill.   

i know they didn't diagnose mine till it put me in a full blown coma on total life support, and even then they couldn't isolate what caused it.  they said it had the appearance of brainstem encephalitis so that's what they called it.  but were never able to isolate out a bacteria or virus that might have caused it.   i have a few theories in that regard, but they no longer involve being telepathically raped by nameless, faceless entities.

that's what i thought too but it turns out my hubby had been given a immunization for japanese tick borne encephalitis before he was sent to the gulf war.  it was apparently a live culture, and he became a carrier of it.  how it works is:

little mycoplasms are in the tick borne infection. these mycoplasms take over your own cells, particularly nerve cells, and reprogram them to self destruct.  they are hard to isolate in a culture because they use your cell walls as their own cell walls.  this is also why gulf war syndrome has alot of similarity to Lymes disease - both are the result of tick borne mycoplasmic infection.

in my case, because the infection was encephalitis based, the little critters somehow ate away the protective sheathing on the motor nerves in my brain, which control automated functions and thus the motor nerves short circuited each other (live wires touching) . at that point, i went blind, and  shortly thereafter, went in a coma, but the lead up to that point was slow torture.  my libido shot thru the roof and all the paranoia was focused around the increase in libido.   

and here's the clincher, the stuff (gulf war syndrome) is contagious. it's spread thru body fluids just like hiv.

wouldn't surprise me to hear alot of women are infected with it, in utah.   it didn't effect hubby at all.  and i read a reader's digest story about a year later, by a guy who's wife went thru the same thing, including the libido spike and the encephalitis and coma.  so i'm going with the idea that it targets females and is a designer infection.  how do you lower the cow population?  kill the heifers.  that's what they do in china (they traditionally call female children, maggots in the rice).   

since mormons are all about large families, somebody must've decided they needed to be culled.  i'm not mormon but lived smack in the middle of it.  maybe the state you lived in, determined what strain of the infection you got from the immunizations.

dunno who i would sue because 1) i would have to prove it was the result of the immunization given to hubby and 2) i would have to prove it was a live culture and that would be really hard to prove.  the live part could be the onus of the company that distributed it to the gov, or the lab that developed it and distributed to the company that distributed it to the gov.   legal nightmare of red tape.

i'm thinking she needs to be tested for mycoplasmic infection.  the case sounds wacky. how they could claim she's competent to stand trial, when she sounds like she's lost her mind, is beyond me.

this may be a case of "well we don't need their kind around here anyway" syndrome.  so they are paupers and not exactly attractive, doesn't mean they should be forced to testify against themselves, which is precisely what she would be doing if her elevator doesn't go to the top floor, her six pack is missing a couple cans, she's looney tunes.  been there, done that, and had they asked me to testify against myself, it would've been a disaster of epic proportions.
