Suppose we entered a period of time in which there was a world-wide orgy of revelation by whistleblowers? Suppose it went deeper.... and deeper..... and finally exposed all of the hidden technology held by the US government?

Yeah, it's probably naïve but I keep hoping.

ive never been much for rules.
being me has its priviledges.

I don't think that will happen, as those revealing actions like all this spying may see that the loss of rights resulting from the spying is worse than the possible gain the US would get, and I don't see anyone that knows about any hidden technology thinking that about that hidden technology.

Eighthman

I'm hoping that it takes on a life of its own and 'goes too far'.  General Alexander (NSA) is now blaming diplomats for ordering spying on foreign leaders.  The White House blames the NSA.  Europe blames the US.

I hope this degenerates into a rapid cycle of back and forth retaliation that won't stop.  They keep going at it until everything gets exposed.  Meanwhile, idealistic whistleblowers add fuel to the fire.

And maybe, if they exist, prepositioned friendly aliens trigger more exposure.

Next, pigs with wings are observed to be flying (sigh)

Hey I'm a guy and I stopped right there for awhile.  That would both solve and create a lot of problems.

I must agree; disclosure will only be at the personal, individual level until the technology level of the average person is far above the current norm...

It all starts to sound like the prequel to Startrek in which they had frustration with the Vulcans who withheld technology.

I have to ask if your view - and it is becoming widespread amidst the UFO community - is a product of frustration (understandable) or something solidly derived from whistleblowers, alien encounters, etc.

Well, if there is no Grand Revelation of Alien Tech, at least we might hope for a simple revealing of Alien existence itself.  I recently finished "Earth- An Alien Enterprise" by Timothy Good. It was really fascinating as he reveals a bunch of stuff I never heard of - like exactly who supposedly spoke to Neil Armstrong about a big alien encounter on the moon.

I sent him an email in regard to China and ET disclosure because so much of his book was dominated by US interests keeping a lid on UFO stuff.  I don't think he really considered the matter especially in view of the emerging informal alliance of discontent that China, Russia - and now Europe has with the US about secrets and spying.

As to Earth being an alien enterprise, I'd say it's more like "Earth - An Occasional, Half-Hearted and Superficially Thought Out Alien Enterprise".  If a UFO ever lands and tells me, "you need to tell your world to cut it out!" my answer is going to be 'Yeah, thanks, that's really helpful........ (not)"

If I recall correctly, it was the National Security Agency
that took JFK's body to Washington, it was the NSA
that confiscated all of the photos of him in the
autopsy...

I dont think that the U.S. is in charge of the
NSA any longer, it is a Fifth Column in my opinon...
and precisely why we are seeing it at the center
of this controversial story.

I think that the United States was hijacked
in the 50's, plans set in place all the way
back then to destablize, and bring it down.

Let us also not forget the words of Bill Clinton during an interview on national tv: "There is a government within the government that I can't control..."

Something is definitely amiss...

Nikola Tesla humanitarian / Genius.
never forget this great man who gave so much
& asked for nothing but to let electricity be free for all.

I read his book "Unearthly Disclosure' and found it to be the most terrifying book I've ever read.

That said, he amazes me with all the stuff he documents that I've never heard of.  For example, it's easy to think of Adamski as a fraud but he documents that the guy had all sorts of high level access .  He also documents all sort of appearances of weird creatures that kinda pop in and out of our world.

Those would be the really scary stuff.

Aye, as Eisenhower tried to warn everyone; I have to also wonder what the insidious plot that JFK spoke of exposing, just nine days before his death, was, if not a part of the same group that Ike warned of...
