Is the UNITED STATES a Corporation?

I have been going deeply into the nature of Our present "government," discovering it (along with virtually all other "governments," including the States) is listed on Dun & Bradstreet as a corporation.

It would seem that since the Act of 1871, We have not seated representatives to legitimate governments, but instead, "electing" (according to the vote counters) CEO's of a corporate entity.

Here are some vids I have found on the subject, as well as ones that suggest remedy within the system (which I would eliminate fully, as it is open always to money/power usurpation):

And a link for additional info:

Corp. U.S. - the Columbia Organic Act of 1871

This is huge can of worms your opening..  Simply put, it's not just the USA that is a corporation in every sense of the word, but every western country that counts it's citizens as collateral 'or property' on which to borrow from the financial institutions.   You have only to look at your legal documents i.e Driver's License and see your name in CAPITALS to understand this.

The question is are you a natural person or an artificial person in the eyes of the law?

QuoteA Driver's Licence is a good example of a contract between the artificial-person JOHN DOE and the natural-person John Doe, with one major difference. In Statute Law, the name of the CORPORATION is represented by all capital letters JOHN DOE (See Capitalization for this deduction). In Admiralty Law (law of the Sea where the Captain of the ship is king) the military representation for the name is reversed and becomes DOE, JOHN also called the "nom de guerre", or name of war. This is the style used to refer to the names of the dead soldiers killed during a war (it should be noted that corporations are actually dead entities just as the soldiers are dead). Under military rule (as is the case in Admiralty Law) offenses are usually treated as "absolute", viz. guilty until proven innocent.

Such is the case with a Driver's Licence. The Licence is issued to DOE, JOHN and when the natural-person John Doe signs the Driver's Licence, he agrees (by making a contract) to abide by the Admiralty laws of the Motor Vehicle Act (formerly) and therefore is guilty until proven innocent. This is why traffic tickets are Absolute Liability offenses and very difficult to negate.

In fact any contract in the name of DOE, JOHN is the most restrictive contract with the greatest possible liability for the natural-person party to the contract.

QuoteThere are five different levels of capitalization used in names of "persons"

    human-being: john doe

    natural-person: John Doe

    quasi natural/artificial-person: John DOE

    corporation/artificial-person: JOHN DOE

    Nom de Guerre: DOE, JOHN

Here is a summary of the rights and freedoms of the above "persons":

The human-being has all the unalienable rights and freedoms as provided by God.

The natural-person has the rights and freedoms as provided by man with the Magna Charta and Canadian Bill of Rights.

The quasi natural/artificial-person has lost some rights, but not all rights. At this time it is not evident how to quantify which rights have been lost.

The corporation/artificial-person has limited rights and freedoms as provided by the creator of the Corporation.

The Nom de Guerre (name of war) has no rights and freedoms and is a complete slave to the Admiral.

Now it's possible, with a LOT of difficulty, to become a 'Freeman of the land' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freemen_on_the_land that recognizes common-law as opposed to statute law which the latter they view as a contract,  but this has had little or no real success in the courts.

To understand how corporations operate it's easier to observe them from the bottom up approach. I.E  how does my state created strawman connect with the corporation and how does it effect me..  When I register anything like a car for example,  it's a legal contract with the state giving them power over how I can use that car thereafter and to pay it's taxes due and conform to it's 100's of road laws etc etc...

This video makes the above point clearer.

Thank You, Freelancer, for adding more to this compilation.  I think We ALL would do well to study these vids, research, in order to make truly informed choices for Our lives.

In truth, I am reluctant to get a new DL for this very reason (needing a birth certificate not withstanding).  I want to be sovereign.  Wait...  I AM sovereign.

It gets to Me that so many are presumed to "consent" without full grasp of what They are consenting to.

TECHNICALLY...

You do NOT need a driver's license to move around the country in today's 'horse and buggy' The right of freedom of movement was included in the old Illuminati document called "The Constitution"

The caveat is 'for personal transportation'  so you need a license to earn a living with the vehicle

PRACTICALLY

How many cops do you think KNOW this?

So you could carry a copy of the legislation with you in case you get pulled over and see if that will help (before you get tazed for well whatever :D ). Then you can take it to the judge and have your lawyer point out the legality

So isn't it easier to show your papers, say yes sir no sir and be on your way with a smile?

yeah yeah I know... conformatism :P  But I have learned that they have guns and tazers and your NOT gonna win in an open confrontation

Now if you want to change things...

...start a revolution :P  I will get the popcorn and watch... to old for combat and being a foot soldier with a pitch fork :D  But I will cheer ya on :D

FYI this fact on the driver's license was first presented by our spook fried NJ Mooch back at ATS..

Oddly enough despite all those spouting "I'm gonna be FREE"  Not ONE person was brave enough to try it

Velcome to Amerika...  Land of the WUSS!

I suppose it's all useful knowledge to know,  the practicalities however of making use of all this knowledge on how corporations operate is a moot point. Going Sovereign or Freeman is extremely difficult to do while your living within the confines of a 'corporation'.

Here's the kicker.. To become a 'Sovereign citizen' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign_citizen_movement  or 'Freeman of the Land (http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Freeman_on_the_land') within a corporation controlled country you rely primarily on 'Common Law' (http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Common_law) however, 'Common Law' has no legal status per-se (being superseded by state & federal laws)  then your up against a brick wall from the start.  In this case all you can do is stay under the radar if you can.

Basically, if you live within a corporation you abide by it's rules and regulations because you have no other choice, or you wait for the revolution to come to change all this *laughs*.

Well, I think that revolution is coming.  More and more are waking up to this fraud perpetrated on all of Us.  If 99% ignored the corporation, went a new direction, what could that 1% do?

I think the problem is that not all people see the same reasons for a revolution, for it to be successful, a revolution needs organisation, something that is missing and is hard to find when not all people share the same ideas and only share a feeling that things must change.

Thus My work, ArMaP.  Hoping to have a common goal out there.

Expecting other people to share our own goals is not the same thing as looking for a common goal, sometimes it's easier to do the opposite and forget our own goals to achieve the best result for most people.

I don't see anyone doing that.

there's no revolution coming..there's no big anything coming
sad fact is that folks don't revolt till THEY think there is nothing else  for THEM to loose

some may be waking up to fraud but that doesn't mean they will do anything
but maybe talk about it and guard what they have

So...  You advocate hoping someOne comes along with an idea better than any that One has Oneself?  That We all hunt for someOne else with a good idea?  Where will the ideas come from?

Frankly, ArMaP, if You can't tell that My sole goal is to achieve the best result for most people by this point, I stand aghast.

And You don't think that head is being approached at this time?  Million mask marches, ObamaNoCare affecting millions, and more and more?

Ok.
