on my computer screen the menu below Pegasus is vertical, on my iphone it's horizontal...does that help?

yeah deuem has same problem  and has same version of internet explorer as you.  i have version 11

your version is 3 versions old.  i guess i need to make a normal menu without the shiny bells and whistles, since the css and transforms are not being interpreted correctly in older internet explorer browsers
