I found the witness reaction the most interesting part of the video, regardless of what they were actually filming.

If those lights had began moving towards them we would have heard the Defcon level move from tense to extremly tense, possibly to severe outfreakage depending on how unusual the movements became.



Are we ready for contact? Obviously not.

Outfreakage is our level of readiness.



All I can add is that everyone is going to have one of these WTF and OMG days coming.

Heres my opinion.
These craft can be easily seen at dusk .usually low on the horizon.the best way to be under one is to have to friends triangulate.while you drive to destination.
I believe they invisible from below.but then you use a high power green laser pointer twirling in your hand.pointed up and generally around.would show it.
These saucer operators dont like cameras due to the ir laser beam from camera pointing at them.thats why they move.with all the ir stuff they probably have.i would say it almost blinds them.

I didnt watch the whole vid but about five min.i see them almost every night.low on the horizon.the way to know its not a star is they dont move unless provoked.i saw one last night that stayed in that one spot for hours.

I have to question if many other similar siteings in this area have or are occurring ! and do any USA PRC members live nearby to go and check it out  ?   

At the beginning of the video... there is something  written that says they were facing west , North airports were Miles and Miles  BEHIND me...and that the area is near a STREET called DUNSTONE...Its up a mountain and past a horizon is vast empty fields and deep forest area, no one lives there...

Upon a google search I can only find a Dunstone Drive, not street  ..

IF they were facing WEST..and that North airports were behind them..I am not sure I understand that !... if they were  facing west.. East would be behind them , not North.!   Not sure what other airports may be near by... one comment that I read refers to one "Beale AF base " being 27 miles south.

Northern California small town of Oroville. Occurred February 13th 2012. From Sunset until late hours... and Feb 14th similar sightings in the same area.

My reaction to something like that would be different, my reaction to seeing something closer, clearer and unidentified could be different, I don't know what it would be like, by I am sure I would not start saying "oh my god, oh my god".

welllllllllllllllll..i see this kind of stuff a lot..most can be explained with some research.. or a lot of research..depends on how much you really want to know..
we have a military refueling unit about 40 some miles away and when i saw a plane being refueled over head the first time i really did freak..
they gotta practice somewhere..right?
it was high and two blurs connected..yikes...some good binoculars and some questions we finally figured it out..disappointment and relief at the same time..lol

there are still lights that i have not figured out..they aren't regular in anyway and now and then i get a pic..

but the lights are more of a curiosity to me than anything

now an up close and personal encounter with a species that i was sure wasn't human...

i'm still of a mind that i would luv to sit and have a conversation
but i am now at an age that i don't think it will happen 

so i just watch the skies and poke at others to look up   
and hold that camera just a bit more steady please

Yes i was getting motion sickness i must confess.watching that vid.lol.
I try to rest my arm on a tree limb or car roof when shooting pics or vid.just that little bit of stablelization helps alot.when hands are shaky from excitement.its really bad.

Not my own, that was shared with others    , , , , , twice in my life, may have been three times, but am not sure of one of them.

I'll be blown away when the Gov admits they've been covering stuff up for decades upon decades.  I think they're in so deep they can't get out.

I've seen unusual things over the years, things I never did figure out what exactly it was.  But nothing so bizarre I immediately had that "omg wtf is that?!?!?!" moment.

I live 10 miles south of a very busy (and nuclear) air force base.  There is aviation activity 24 hours a day, all day, every day.  Lights in the night sky is an everyday occurrence.

You got Chico to the north, Redding municipal further north, Reno to the east and Sacramento international to the south.

this is upper San Juaquin Valley, old gold rush country. populace is very spread out.
There is also Mclellan Air force base  7 miles (11 km) northeast of Sacramento, which is now closed but is still used as CGAS, "coast guard air station" running C130s.

Then Oroville Municipal Airport (IATA: OVE, ICAO: KOVE) is a public airport located 3 miles (5 km) southwest of the city of Oroville,
so i imagine a lot of aircraft activity in the general area.

As for the footage, looks just like Chinese lanterns to me.
Maybe I'm missing something
