The starnge thing about that is that I have often said that some people should be banned from the internet. The ones that cause serious problems. Some people are so bad they should have their fingers cut off at the knuckles. Toes also.

The problem is that if you can ban one person, you can ban them all. Many people right now are sitting in jail because of what they have done on the internet.

I would like to see them try and fingerprint 1/2 billion Locals here. lol What would you have to do, go to the police department to get an internet card?

Someone steals your password, you change your passwork.  Or even set up a new account.  But if they lift your fingerprint - no getting a new fingerprint.  This is just a bad idea from the get go.
