There is an American DNS Server attack right now.
We are all on Skype confirming this is happening right now. Some people can get Peggy, some can't. Seems like Cali is the biggest hit with over 43,000 active programs doing the attacking. Another 40,000 at Washingto DC. Hold onto your shorts. Skynet might be taking over. lots of luck to all.

Yes there is some kind of a problem with California for sure, at least trying to load PRC.
I am on a TOR browser now, it allowed me to find the forum and log in.

Otherwise, in IE, Safari was not able to view the forum.

Is there anything that can be done to safeguard the forum?

When I came back online about 30 to45 mins ago...I could not access PRC again for about 10 mins...Fortunately it came back in a much shorter time than my earlier initial problem...
