Each one is a soldier , with his weapons at home , and forces are
hiden in mountains , rocks , barns ! and houses ...

Same here.  Switzerland has always had a citizen army.  Many people think of Switzerland as one of the most peacefull nations in the world, but the entire nation for all practical purposes is one big army.  Firepower TAP!
