Were gonna find out right after comcast finishes eating up time warner in the buy out the end of this year. Netflix has already squared their deal so they can keep streaming videos over comcast/time warner.

Comcast from what I understand caps download bandwidth in certain markets. Is this to be expected after the time warner consumption deal for time warner customers.

Also that net neutrality passage is suppose to help put us net consumers in our place on the internet.
