The fact that they use images from other sites, from unrelated things, doesn't help the credibility of the story.

The "small section of the Sky Dreadnought as it was being constructed" is from this site.

The "one of dozens of exterior hull sections  being moved into position for assembly" appears to be a generic photo used in several oil-related sites, like this one.

The "two inner sections of the multi-sectioned, multi-hull craft, specially constructed from specialized material, designed to protect the crew and equipment" is from NASA, and it shows the construction of the external tank of the Space Shuttle.

Until Deuem or Sanders processes the footage then I'll just sit this one out but I will say the object is moving at a fair rate seeing it's off in the far distance. Not sure how fast blimps are and why build one so thin and long?

Jim - I clicked the link you provided for the Turner Radio Network article about the alleged "Sky Dreadnought" but there is no such page. I went to the Turner Radio Network site and did a thorough search for this article but the search turned up "0" results:

I became suspicious and decided to check further into this Turner Radio Network. I assumed incorrectly, as many others do, that it was part of the Turner Broadcasting Network run by Ted Turner. It's actually (or WAS actually, as in past tense) owned and operated by a former FBI informant, known hoaxter, "hate monger", holocaust denier, blatantly racist talk show host, named Hal Turner (no relation to Ted Turner). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hal_Turner

From what I could find by doing a "whois" search for information about TurnerRadioNetwork.com, his mother, Kathy Diamond, is listed as the site's "administrator". What I can't find is who is actually running the site and writing the articles. Apparently it's not Hal Turner. On every article page of his site is a District Court emblem with this caption:

Pursuant to an ORDER dated December 10, 2010 by federal judge Donald E. Walter, sitting at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn, the former owner of this web site, radio host Hal Turner, divested himself of ownership and control of this - and all other - internet web sites. Mr. Turner is barred by court order from owning or contributing to the content of web sites until October, 2015. As such, Hal Turner has nothing to do with the ownership, operation or content of this web site.

In any case, there's no doubt in my mind that the article is a hoax and someone has cleverly tied it in with the unverified Ukraine UFO video that no one seems to know anything about.
