I was thinking on this and for some reason,
my mind goes to Myanmar.

I realize that Myanmar is not just a remote jungle,
and the implication being that someone there would
need to have a degree of complicity.

There is also the area there that is the Coconut Grove,
an air strip right there along it.

Just my "read" on it.
