In the state of Nevada, Cliven Bundy and his family are currently caught in a fight over land with the Federal government. This is over his long standing refusal to acknowledge a 1993 modification to grazing rights on the land.

Bundy claims the land has been in his family since the 1800s. On Saturday, hundreds of federal officials, helicopters, low flying aircraft and hired cowboys, began began rounding up Bundy's cattle in northeastern Clark County.

Bundy stated to the media, "I have raised cattle on that land, which is public land for the people of Clark County, all my life. Why I raise cattle there and why I can raise cattle there is because I have preemptive rights... who is the trespasser here? Who is the trespasser on this land?

The Bundy Ranch sits on the entrance to the road that leads to Gold Butte and thus on to John's old gold mine that he was forced out of by the feds as well.

Bundy has crates of melons (in season) sitting by the gate with an honor system you put the money into an envelopes and take your melons...

Interesting that the Feds are doing this... in the same area that John was kicked out of the mine.

I suspect Harry Reid is behind this at some level.

State of Nevada had told Bundy that he could exercise those rights until his death.  The area has NOTHING but old abandoned mines and some petroglyphs at Whitney Pockets... so WHY are they suddenlt sending in the sawt teams to round up cattle?

Could ir be those white Batelle vans that we never did find out where they go?

I just got off the phone with Jerry Bruckhard of OMA (Operation Mutual Aid). They are mediating with me for the Bundy family. Before I relay his message I would like to address a few things-1. There are rumors going around that Mr. Bundy is not asking for help. That is a lie. He is asking for any and all help with this situation IMMEDIATELY.

2. Last estimates are of over 200 Federal Agents at the Bundy Ranch.

3.A (as of yet, unknown) militia unit in Nevada has put out orders to stand down-OMA is NOT honoring those orders. And has, as of 2 hours ago, mobilized.

4. Mr. Bundy is overwhelmed with phone calls and emails.

This is the Message from Jerry Bruckhart:

"OMA has deployed to Clark county Nevada, in defense of the Bundy family. Make no mistake about it, the men that step on the field of battle will not decide the outcome of this engagement. YOU WILL. If the enemy (The Federal Agents) is under the impression that we are alone, they will believe that we are an isolated group of trouble makers and the likely hood that they will engage us is high. However, if millions of people like you will actively support the mission in Nevada, by doing the following: Sharing posts relevent to the situation, doing such simple things as texting go OMA, talking about OMA on the phone with your friends, ext. Until the conclusion of this operation. The point here is, the enemy moniters everything and government spy agencies will pick up every time OMA is whispered. We are depending on YOU to be a force multiplier for the men that will step on the field in defense of the Bundy family.

We would like to have as many live feed cameras on site as possible, YouTube, ext. to document the making of history.

If anybody can make contact with CopBlock or similar groups, to request their presence on location, it would be greatly appreciated.

The last thing I would like to cover is the possibility that the Government of the state instructs their state police to assist the federal agents in detaining OMA personnel. Our personnel have been instructed to call me as soon as they know they are going to be pulled over, at that time I will make known which state is actively participating in the free travel of OMA personnel. In preperation I would like to ask each of you to get the needed information to contact your governer in the event that we need to express our displeasure.

"Sorry this is long but applicable here. By SHIREE BUNDY COX:

I have had people ask me to explain my dad's stance on this BLM fight.

Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it is in a nut shell.
My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972.

These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars.

These rights to the land use is called preemptive rights.

Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repairs and improvements of the ranches.

My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve.

Instead they began using these money's against the ranchers.

They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with their own grazing fees.

When they offered to buy my dad out for a penence he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren't doing their job.

He quit paying the BLM but, tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down.
So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes.

In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business.

Well when buying him out didn't work, they used the indangered species card.
You've already heard about the desert tortis.

Well that didn't work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years.

Now they're desperate.

It's come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff.
Everything they're doing at this point is illegal and totally against the constitution of the United States of America.

Now you may be saying," how sad, but what does this have to do with me?" Well, I'll tell you.
They will get rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment and then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again.
Next, it's Utah's turn. Mark my words, Utah is next.

Then there's the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn't paid them, those cattle do belong to him.

Regardless where they are they are my fathers property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even existed.

Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad's signature on it.

They think they can take them over two boarders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfeild Auction and sell them.

All with our tax money.

They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars.

In a scene that can only be described as something that you would witness in a third world country, and not in America, the so-called land of the free.

Pete Santilli captured the Federal goons of the BLM, throwing down a 57 yr old woman with Cancer to the ground, a pregnant woman attacked by k9 dogs, and one of the Bundy family members being Tased 3 times.

All because the Bundy Family saw a convoy of dump trucks and backhoe's that they assumed were there to bury the cattle that the feds were killing in the process of rounding them up with helicopters.  Still, through all this the Bundy ranch protesters stood their ground against the tyranny of the BLM yet again, and caused them too again flee as the cowards that they truly are.
 
Please, we need everyone that is in an area that is within driving distance of the Bundy Ranch, to mobilize now to the defense of your fellow American brothers and sisters.

Also remember this, the feds Agenda 21 program will not stop with the Bundy family, and you can bank on the fact that they will be coming for your land next.

All the Locals to this area with Guns should all drive out to that area to protest on behalf of this guy and stop such  Government & Police tyranny being allowed to do such things...
