Bizarre IMF Speech

This interview and the past speech seem to be real.  The speech has been bouncing around the internet.  She appears to launch into a bizarre rambling discussion of numerology about 'seven'.

The above video shows the weird speech about 10 minutes in.  What the heck is going on?

lunch. Here is the entire video from her past speech, which was
January 2014.



She has quite the list of "elite" credentials if you
listen to the beginning intro.

What I hear her say about the number 7 ( rough draft )

At 7:41 she starts in with the numerology dissertation:

- "Now I'm going to test your numerology skills by asking you to think about the magic seven" OK? "Most of you will know that seven is quite a number....in also
themes, religions, and I am sure you can compress numbers as well"

......  "2014, you drop the zero, fourteen, two times, seven" ....

it will be a milestone and hopefully a magic year in many respects....

the Hundreth anniversary of the first world war, 1914,

It will mark the 70th anniversary, 70th anniversary, drop the zero, seven, of the Bretton Woods Conference that actually gave birth

And it will be the 25th anniversary of the fall of the berlin wall, 25th.." (2 + 5 = 7)

It will also mark the 7th anniversary of the financial market jietters

........After those seven miserable years, weak and fragile

"We have seven strong years"

"Now I don't know if the G7 will have anything to do with it"

G is also the 7th letter of the alphabet.

So, coincidence?

Some say its funny money,others say its fiat.
Both are true.

There is probably some kind of message, though
I would not have any confidence in picking a date,
as I am nearly certain they do not give out those hard and fast clues.
