What are our people heading to Africa actually being told? What are they actually being trained on and with? What are their guidelines and how does it compare to what we're seeing in statements? Well..Wonder no more. I have gone hunting so you don't have to.

These are primary source documents which are produced by the U.S. Government and/or affiliate agencies like the WHO. The first one here is a revised "US Africa Command Reporting Instructions" and it's more or less a handbook for those deploying to African Command areas either in DOD or Civilian roles.

Searching it (Ctrl-F) for "Health" and "Ebola" specifically is helpful for saving time and the main thing to change are Health reporting requirements. However, within that document are references to others our official people are supposed to become familiar with. Among those are.....

Of course, the cover sheet of the document declares its outdated (very specifically, THAT area of it) to refer to the public consumption version the CDC has no saying transmission by air is impossible....which is an absolute and outright LIE as its stated. Ebola is CARRIED on the air, and generally accepted to carry as far as 3 feet in aresol form. The document there makes reference to deliberate primate experiments that found artificial aresol of the virus was successful. It also notes other unknowns and the page there is worth reading. That is the last of the links from within the primary source which looked relevant or important to note for additional reference. It is also being reported that U.S. troops *ARE NOT* being issues biohazard gear or military grade protective equipment in their work around infected people. (This is the first example I've seen in my life where I would actively assist anyone to go AWOL, whatever it took).

Anyway.. There are some updates and I hope it helps. The hype and panic porn in the U.S. is over the top and totally out of control throughout media. However, the bug is still deadly real, and where it's running free in Africa? It's still one of the deadliest known to man. The Secret Project to Create Weaponized Ebola in the 1980's

Operating out of South Africa during the Apartheid era in the early 1980's, Dr. Wouter Basson launched a secret bioweapons project called Project Coast. The goal of the project was to develop biological and chemical agents that would either kill or sterilize the black population and assassinate political enemies. Among the agents developed were Marburg and Ebola viruses.

Basson is surrounded by cloak and dagger intrigue, as he told Pretoria High court in South Africa that "The local CIA agent in Pretoria threatened me with death on the sidewalk of the American Embassy in Schoeman Street." According to a 2001 article in The New Yorker magazine, the American Embassy in Pretoria was "terribly concerned" that Basson would reveal deep connections between Project Coast and the United States.

In 2013, Basson was found guilty of "unprofessional conduct" by the South African health council.

Bioweapons expert Jeanne Guillemin writes in her book Biological Weapons: From the Invention of State-Sponsored Programs to Contemporary Bioterrorism, "The project's growth years were from 1982 to 1987, when it developed a range of biological agents (such as those for anthrax, cholera, and the Marburg and Ebola viruses and for botulinum toxin)..."

Basson's bioweapons program officially ended in 1994, but there has been no independent verification that the pathogens created were ever destroyed. The order to destroy them went directly to Dr. Basson. According to the Wall Street Journal, "The integrity of the process rested solely on Dr. Basson's honesty."

Isn't it interesting that now U.S. government is fully engaged in the fight with Ebola, the almost daily news stories about its continued advances of Ebola have almost stopped?? I wonder why?? Are we now suppressing the horrible facts of what is continuing to happen in the most affected countries simply so that we the people won't be concerned about it?? Crazy!!


Ebola death toll rises to 4,950 - WHO

GENEVA (Reuters) - The death toll from the Ebola epidemic has risen to 4,950 out of 13,241 cases in the three worst-hit countries of West Africa, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Friday, calling for widespread rigorous control measures to halt the virus.

"Case incidence is declining in some districts in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, while steep rises persist in other districts," the United Nations agency said in a statement with its latest figures to Nov. 4.

Okay so a couple things...

13,241 in 3 areas...  seems the number of cases has NOT increased a lot and 4,950 deaths is not really a huge number.

How many new cases in past weeks?

How many cases outside the infected area?

Perhaps if these areas didn't sh!t in their drinking water and dump their trash into it they might not get sick

I think you have a point, and there might be a cause to actually question the validity of what we've been told. From that number....maybe not so much though. Its hard to say, for certain. Right?

What isn't so hard to say though is the number 1. Just 1. That is what I've been waiting to see. A very specific 1 of those people being watched with absolute confirmed close contact exposure.....or what, in Africa, seems to be the kiss of death in listening to the first person accounts within the impacted nations.

That 1 is the girlfriend to the NYC doctor who went and had a night on the town before turning himself in as infectious and contagious with Ebola. Many people feared wide spread exposure from his foolishness...and with good reason. (based on what we've been told for many years now). His girlfriend was with him, sitting next to him and presumably, not trying to keep 3 feet min. safe distance.

Anyone heard how her case of Ebola is doing? ...oh...she hasn't been reported as having one, some may note? Indeed....to my knowledge, she hasn't, either.

As one TV host put it immediately after the doctor and the circumstances were known? If that woman DOES NOT become infected with text book close contact? Someone has some explaining to do....

*George Soros's foundation funds the Kenema bioweapons lab at the focus of the Ebola outbreak, and which is about to be closed, apparently amid an investigation.

* WHO media coordinator Glenn Thomas was highly likely involved in fielding media and other inquries about how WHO view and what it planned to do about the controversial Kenema lab.

Was Glenn Thomas aware of hard evidence showing that the lab was faking positive diagnoses for Ebola — Tulane University – in order to justify forcing people to undergo treatment which would give them Ebola?

Did he refuse to go along with the cover up?

*The mainstream media is silent about the Kenema bioweapons lab closure as well as about the order to Tulane University to stop Ebola testing. Glenn Thomas, a leading consultant in Geneva, an expert in AIDS and, above all, Ebola Virus, was on board the Boeing 777 Malaysia Airlines cut down on the border between Ukraine and Russia.

Glenn Thomas was also the coordinator of the media and was involved in the investigations that were bringing to light the issue of trial operations of Ebola virus in the laboratory of biological weapons at the hospital in Kenema.

Now that this workshop was closed by order of the Government of Sierra Leone, more details emerge about the interests that hidden behind its management.

Bill and Melinda Gates have connections with biological weapons labs located in Kenema, the epicenter of the epidemic of Ebola developed from the hospital where they were going clinical trials in humans for the development of its vaccine, and now, following the opening of an informal survey, it appears the name of George Soros, through its Foundation, is funding the laboratory of biological weapons.

Glenn Thomas was aware of evidence showing that the lab had manipulated diagnosed positive for Ebola [on behalf of Tulane University] in order to justify a coercive medical treatment to the population and to submit it to an experimental vaccine that, in fact, sent their Ebola.

Glenn Thomas had refused to go along with the cover up, unlike some who work at our Institute of Health and are now are well aware that Glenn Thomas was murdered.

The official channels of media have never reported a single news about the presence of the laboratory of biological weapons in Kenema, much less the disposal of closing or the order to stop the testing of Ebola by Tulane University.

So, what other channels are left as this information becomes public domain, and are spread through social networks, even though the WHO and health care institutions refrain from releasing information and act?

This includes Roundup Ready being linked to kidney disease, as well as what their GMO wheat has done for Kansas farmers.

Despite their reported travesties, Hillary Clinton is a staunch supporter of their projects.

??There are more reports going against Monsanto, but from what we have showed, would it be wise to have the company handle the production of the cure for the new scare virus, Ebola?

No Ebola in Portugal, but we already have 9 deaths from legionnaire's disease, apparently caused by a some factory's cooling tower.
That reminds me of the year after the non-existing flu pandemic some years ago, at the end of that year on pharmaceutical company (I don't remember which one) had much smaller profits than expected because they couldn't sell their flu vaccines, as nobody cared about that any more.

All those vaccines have an expiry date as well so if they are not selling, they are losing big money. They need to sell a lot of them to pay for the R&D of creating them all for these little flu outbreaks so they will make it out to be far worse than it is every time and come up with every excuse possible to try and convince you that you need it.
