What WAS this bright circle of lights over Houston?

Bright, oval UFO photographed hovering above city's stormy skies!

This was just published 3 days ago! It definitely has a different look, with a perfect circle of lights. This article has 3 different photos, and I will include them below. Houston is not but a few hours drive from where I live, but haven't seen this here.

What do you think?.........from the detail of the pics we can see that the UFO is at a significant altitude (way above street lights). Of course, this could be a "circle" of UFO's!
