"How thankful for leaders that men do not think!" - Adolf Hitler.
Yes, people do not usually think, and one example of that is that people accept that as being a quote from Adolf Hitler but I have never seen the source. :)

And that is a common thing, just say something and say it's a quote from someone famous and it will be accepted as true, which shows that each one of us have the possibility of ruling partially the part of the world in which we exercise our influence. :)

This New Age stuff is just as self contradictory as mainstream Christianity.
I'll present it one day.

Sinny, there are any number of different ways through which we can learn the same thing.  I've used Minecraft to look at different elements of mathematics that I found interesting, before.  If the New Age stuff does not appeal, then by all means, don't accept it.  Truthfully I agree with you that there genuinely are enough false channels out there anyway, that even for those of us who are willing to look at it, we walk a fine line.

The main reason why I've accepted what I have, is because I don't find it contradictory; but I also need to remember and keep in mind the fact that my path is mine alone.  I've been exposed to far too much evangelism myself, for me to want to do that to anyone else.  It is good that you are thinking autonomously; I genuinely commend that.

If we're talking human society/civilization for this thread, my perspective is that bloated bankers and the ultra wealthy run the world.   This perspective is influenced by the eight years I spent working in a bank.  I saw the holding company owners getting richer, while customer service and employee morale declined precipitously.   The ones holding the money greatly influence our lives, and in many cases dictate what we can or cannot do.

But in the end, we still return to our non-corporeal state and our mother earth continues on.  Just a cat's take on things.

Satan exists. He interferes with me every time I try to educate myself. Maybe it's ET. Maybe it's entities in a higher or alternate dimension. Whatever it is, it is evil.

A relevant quote from this article, that caught my eye:-

QuoteJacques said that the evidence emerging suggested to him that the UFOs weren't extraterrestrial at all, but that they seemed to be intelligent systems intent on convincing us they were extraterrestrial. [Indeed, even as our Dear Brother Terence McKenna hath said, "We are part of a symbiotic relationship with something which disguises itself as an extraterrestrial invasion so as not to alarm us." -B:.B:.]

A friend of my brother's converted to Asatru (the reconstructionist religion of the Aesir, or old Norse pantheon) some years ago.  He told me that he had been given a series of dreams from the Aesir, which recounted to him the history of the Christian conversion of some of the Scandinavian countries where they had previously been worshipped.  He also said that the Aesir had begun recently taking on the appearance of something reasonably close to Grey aliens rather than their traditional resemblance to human Vikings, because they felt that extraterrestrials were now a more appropriate metaphor than Gods, to describe who they were, when dealing with humans.

I will admit that for some time, I had a similar suspicion where Kali was concerned; not least because I am not Indian, but white Australian, so it did not seem particularly appropriate to me that an Indian Goddess would be contacting me.  I felt that it was possible that I was being contacted by someone or something who was not actually Kali, but who for some reason had decided to make use of her iconography or appearance when dealing with me.  I no longer believe that, however; for the most part, at least.

"and this leads us more or less back to the mission, actions, and aesthetics of Anonymous, a group of hackers who were once the back office quiet types who droned on under fluorescent buzz and have now awoken to realize their Hulk-like strength-all under the guise of an appropriately powerful logo."

Most likely, "The Nine". They all work for them. Puharich, Hawas, Bearden, Al Gore to name just a few.
