Wow thats an incredible use of technology marketed to somewhere I would have never thought of. 

I spend time watching video's made with the latest quad copter's and this toy is obviously using the same tech with some additional thingy's to make it happen like those rotational ball's on arms/sticks.

The video is hilarious though LOL
