From eyewitness accounts of "trails of light" streaking across the sky to sightings of flying saucers, now amateur Mulder and Scullys alike can see if the truth really is out there by poring over almost 130,000 pages of declassified UFO documents that are now available online, reports MilitaryTimes.com. After spending decades filing Freedom of Information Act requests, John Greenewald, a UFO enthusiast, posted declassified records from Project Blue Book -- the U.S. Air Force's records on alleged UFO and extraterrestrial sightings -- on an online database.

The Air Force project was based out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and ran from 1947 to 1969. Through the project, the Air Force amassed a total of 12,618 recorded sightings. Out of that total, 701 incidents remain "unidentified." A University of Colorado report called the "Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects" found that "there has been no evidence indicating that sightings categorized as 'unidentified' are extraterrestrial vehicles," according to a 1985 Air Force fact sheet. Project Blue Book officially ended on Dec. 17, 1969.

Well they got thousands of answers LOL everything and anything but people 100% sure this was a black ops plane or alien spacecraft. No WAY it's a balloon...

So along comes this Zorgon chap and posts this... answering questions and trying to show how 1 minute of research can get the answer

That looks like a balloon the edges are too rounded and no detail. The stealth triangles look like this

Well after I posted that the TV station fessed up. Seems they knew all along it was a balloon... but they got several thousand hits and the original has been shared thousands of times and people are still calling it an alien spaceship, UFO or reversed engineered black ops   So who cares about any real disclosure

Why? I was banned (supposedly) for my Balloon thread but the two items I posted were valid UFO sightings and reported to MUFON and other UFO nets..

LATER they were identified as 1) an April Fool's joke by Branson using a hot air balloon and 2) a UFO shaped ballooon modeled after Independance days  There are Flying Cows too..

So WHY was I banned for showing the original UFOS asking what members thought of these two? When I then showed what they were identified as?

That would mean they should ban EVERY UFO thread once its shown it was not a UFO

But I KNOW why they axed me

The debunkers screamed HOX and fake and photoshop.  No they were not fake pictures they were not photoshopped even a little They were simply misidentified until closer look. I was told to 'save my monet because its an obvios fake photo" by one skeptic when I said I was buying an autographed copy 

So I was BANNED because the poor little debunkers at ATS had there ass handed to them

And that autograph?  Actually it was free because I saw Branson here in Vegas at a convention... have his book signed too

Yes and no

We already listed all the government sites that gave OFFICIAL releases. Maybe ArMaP can find me that ATS thread that has all the lists agencies and links  I think it had NSA in the title...

Point is if you look at the 1000's of released files you will have fodder for YEARS

BUT

1) The better the file, the more black ink  I have FBI files from the 40's that have entire pages in black

2) If you look at the file numbering system... you will quickly discover that many are MISSING  You will get say 3 in a row consecutively numbered then there will be a gap.

So the only ones you are getting are either useless, heavily redacted or just plain not there

What IS important and most miss  is the very FACT that they have them posted online means that at least they finally publicly ADMIT that they have them

Yes, 100%! What  are they thinking - release a bunch of nothing, and expect no one to notice that there are a lot of holes/missing data in what they did release. For sure, the primary thing is their less-than-direct admission that our government does have such files - which means they had/have people working on all of the elements of UFOs, including ...............if they cover up from we the people that they are even working on the UFO subject, they for dam.n sure will absolutely cover up ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING that is real proof of extraterrestrial life!!!!

And if that is the case, there is still much to be done to "ferret out" the truth of the matter!! Of course, all that is "hidden" on this UFO matter could very well be overcome by EVENTS at any time!
