Odd Anomaly on Mars

Just found this one go by on FB,,,, haven't located image sources yet. Anyone else post it yet?

Crashed UFO on Mars
The skywatchers at UFO Sightings Daily believe the strangely shaped structure seen in this NASA rover photo of the Martian skyline may be a crashed UFO. Can you see it?

*Waiting for ArMap with the closeup photo made by the "ArMap OrbiterRover 1.0"*

It is a weird looking rock.
What will happen when levels are played with? Does it fit the surroundings?

This one is not related to the Anomaly  just a great shot of the Rover tracks in soft dirt. Seems NASA gave up using the red tint :P

PIA17944: Curiosity's Color View of Martian Dune After Crossing It

Malin Space Science Systems?

This look back at a dune that NASA's Curiosity Mars rover drove across was taken by the rover's Mast Camera (Mastcam) during the 538th Martian day, or sol, of Curiosity's work on Mars (Feb. 9, 2014). The rover had driven over the dune three days earlier. For scale, the distance between the parallel wheel tracks is about 9 feet (2.7 meters). The dune is about 3 feet (1 meter) tall in the middle of its span across an opening called "Dingo Gap." This view is looking eastward.

The image has been white balanced to show what the Martian surface materials would look like if under the light of Earth's sky. A version with raw color, as recorded by the camera under Martian lighting conditions, is available as Figure 1.

Wondering if it may be part of the landing vehicle. To the right in the first raw image is some white material. But would need location data for that assumption :D

Thats why I would play with the levels to see how the colors fit to the surroundings. Maybe some "hidden" reflecting kind of appearance.
(yes, I create my own english, its called Lunglish)

Pimander

For all we know it could be a statue of an Eagle and be in the Arizona Desert.  ;)

I don't think so, as on sol 644 Curiosity was far from the landing place and the direction it has been moving is the opposite direction of the direction the landing vehicle followed.

I used special imaging software to enhance the image.... they found Noahs Ark!

Another look at a rock - or is this a Martian "hot tub"? :)

That is excellent. Spot on.
