The ship that they showed  sure looked a lot like this one, a photo I got from a visiting 'spook' years ago before it was released  The resemblace is amazing

I was able to watch the "X Files Movie" last night OK..

Then..I spotted Zorgon had posted a link to the 2nd part..
but his links didnt work for me in the U.K like the Link Funbox posted here..for Sub movies dot com..

I decided to see if I could find Part 2 on Sub movies...ie the same site as Part one..and did find a link to Part 2..

Upon clicking on it.... I got a POP Up open up..

and had a few popups occur before when I watched part 1..and had rewatched parts of it again by reclicking on the URL or the restart to the video if I recall.

When I clicked on the link to Part Two..

I had a VERY BAD experience..
(No disrespect to Funbox)

The Pop up that opened came up with a TEXT Message.. that said that I had a Virus on my computer and that I had to Call a Telephone number to get it removed...It was warning me that my computer was at MAJOR risk and maybe being Hacked or something along those lines..

I was however able to take a screen shot of part of it..

It referred to something or a website called ancient 3.4004 5001 . info  and the Tel Number was 0808 1780037

Otherwise I was UNABLE to Close the page or do anything on my computer.. and I had to pull the plug to close it down..

After trying to close the webpages prior.. it even started a recorded message...not just the text and the more one tried to close anything... the voice recordings increased accordingly... so I had maybe 5 recordings of it prior to pulling the plug..

I have heard of similar things occurring..but normally I think you could just close the link..

I don't think that the incident is a real virus attack..as I have been able to restart my computer and it seems OK..

I think their aim is to get you to call them and ask to charge you by your credit card before they offer to tell you how they can help you resolve it..

At least that's what I am hoping.. ie that I have not been fully targeted...but I may have to do a full check to make sure or run a new AV program..

Unless your using windows 10 where the close window shortcut has now been removed, you typically can close the pop ups without clicking anything by hitting ALT + F4.

I was on a older version of Windows....

I am not one that knows or can recall the Keyboard processes to control the computer...I am just so used to just clicking with the mouse.

although I was aware of " Control -  Alt - Delete" that I thik brings up Task manager to allow you to select a webpage and close it.....but in the panic...I overlooked trying it...as at the time nothing was seeming to work and my computers not always responsive to that instruction..

So it maybe OK to try it again...as long as its unlikely to cause any issues..

as the pop ups can vary as to what comes up ...

It wasn't removed, you can still use Alt + F4 to close any window that has a close button on the top right corner, I do it all the time.

I'm just now getting around to thanking you all for providing links.... I did finally watch it this morning via Fox streaming. As for the link others had problems with, so did I, but my iPad kept telling me it might contain malware so I never opened it. Then I quickly went and "cleared" all my cookies from the websites I've visited.

Zorgons cool picture was so spot on that I went to Instagram and Twitter and posted it, then tagged The X-Files so they would see it.

I just chanced trying to click on the same link again... and this time I have managed to obtain the Part 2 video OK..

This is the link that I am on that shows Part two of the series if anyone wants to chance clicking on it... as long as one thinks that they would know what to do if you do get the same pop up that caused me my earlier problems...

Not sure if I should refer to this or not.. but some may not be able to view the video on the other links...as I could not in the U.K.

As long as members know the Risk and what may happen and hopefully would have an good idea on what to do if that pop up should occur.

Then you haven't been paying attention Have said so many time. Since I met John through ATS I get contacts out of the blue all the time... and many of them use their 'work' emails for initial contact as a form of ID then we continue via a more private email. Several NASA people  even one NASA/NAVY astronaut. Several militray people at various levels. In fact just today at FB I got one that 'bit' on the X-File thread when I posted the photo in the hanger I will post that info below in a minute

That was sent during our Secret Spaceship thread at ATS  So let the skeptics rant and rave and call us crazy   But the REAL contacts come from the silent watchers. Insiders are allowed to talk about rumors in other departments they are not 'read in' to  but if you ask a question that is related to their 'area of expertise' you will get an answer like "Ron Schmidt I don't know anything about that project."   NJMooch told me if I ever asked him something he couldn't talk about he would start talking about t he weather

They are also allowed to talk as a fictional story with the truth hidden in the story and 'between the lines'  Between the lines means the little '-------' words
