Mysterious Black Ring In Sky - Kazakhstan

This is an interesting and hard to explain news event from Kazakhstan - a large connected black ring in the sky. We certainly don't see this every day - nor ever before??  As you will see in the video, it does dissipate

We see them out here in Nevada a lot especially during the Burning Man events
