Defense Official warns that DoD Directive allowing the use of military force against American citizens is latest step towards martial law – Intellihub

(INTELLIHUB) — In a stunning revelation published by a mainstream news outlet, an anonymous Department of Defense official has revealed their belief that a DoD Directive outlining military support to civilian authorities is the latest step towards President Obama eventually using military force against the American people.

The quote from the defense official was published in a now viral report that detailed the 2010 DoD Directive and how it could be used, under authority from the President, to unleash the might of the US military onto the civilian population.

"This appears to be the latest step in the administration's decision to use force within the United States against its citizens," a defense official told the Washington Times.

According to the report, another anonymous US Official also claimed that President Obama considered using the military during the Bundy Ranch standoff but eventually decided against it.

Directive No. 3025.18 – "Defense Support of Civil Authorities"
 



The directive was signed on December 29, 2010 and includes normal provisions on support for civilian emergency services before revealing that the President has the power to deploy the military on American citizens as he sees fit.

This fact was already known due to numerous executive orders but the directive shows that President Obama himself has signed new orders during his presidency that confirm this power.

A section on using the military during civil disturbances includes:
Federal military commanders are provided EMERGENCY AUTHORITY under this Directive. Federal military forces shall not be used to quell civil disturbances unless specifically authorized by the President in accordance with applicable law (e.g., chapter 15 ofReference (d)) or permitted under emergency authority, as described below (see DoDD 3025.12 (Reference (j)) and DoDD 5525.5 (Reference (c))).

In these circumstances, those Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances because:

(1) Such activities are necessary to prevent significant loss of life or wanton destruction of property and are necessary to restore governmental function and public order; or,

(2) When duly constituted Federal, State, or local authorities are unable or decline to provide adequate protection for Federal property or Federal governmental functions.


Another troubling section of the directive details how the military will go about providing lethal assets to local authorities including arms and drone technology.

The section also openly acknowledges that the military is planning for situations where a confrontation between law enforcement and American citizens is expected.

Except for immediate response and emergency authority as described in paragraphs 4.g. and 4.i. of this section, only the Secretary of Defense may approve requests from civil authorities or qualifying entities for Federal military support for:

(1) Defense assistance in responding to civil disturbances (requires Presidential authorization) in accordance with Reference (j).

(2) Defense response to CBRNE events (see DoDI 2000.18 (Reference (aa))).

(3)Defense assistance to civilian law enforcement organizations, except as authorized in Reference ©.

(4) Assistance in responding with assets with potential for lethality. This support includes loans of arms; vessels or aircraft; or ammunition. It also includes assistance under section 382 of Reference (d) and section 831 of title 18, U.S.C. (Reference (ab)); all support to counterterrorism operations; and all support to civilian law enforcement authorities in situations where a confrontation between civilian law enforcement and civilian individuals or group is reasonably anticipated.


This directive is literally part of the blueprint for martial law in America yet the mainstream media continues to pretend that fears of martial law are simply the ramblings of crazed conspiracy theorists.

In other words, the corporate media is expecting and hoping that the American people are so blind that they refuse to see reality and instead go along with transparent media lies.
There have been at least 200 mainstream news reports that attacked Alex Jones and the entire alternative media for being worried about Jade Helm 2015, one of the largest realistic military training exercises ever seen on American soil, yet defense officials within the Pentagon are themselves worried about Obama's plan to use military force against citizens.

You can count on the fact that, if one defense official is willing to risk it all and give a quote like the one above, many others within their agency are also worried.

Military drills and movements within the last 2 months

In a major report published late last week, I wrote about the upcoming dirty bomb drill known as "Operation Northern Exposure" and how it was yet another military drill that has either taken place or been announced within the last two months.

The list includes:

   •   On March 13th, Intellihub founder Shepard Ambellas detailed photos and documentation of nearly 40 U.S. Army soldiers, wielding training rifles and dressed in full combat gear, participating in an urban warfare style training drill just outside the Texarkana Regional Airport perimeter.
   
   •   In the middle of April, a report out of Big Springs, Texas revealed that a train full of military equipment and over a dozen helicopters had arrived in the town ahead of Jade Helm 2015.

   •   Photographs taken in Corona, California a few days later added to the Jade Helm speculation after they showed a MRAP full of what looked to be U.S. Marines driving down the 1-15 freeway. "In broad daylight with not a care in the world".
   
   •   On April 24th a shocking report on Intellihub News detailed armed troops seen confronting angry protesters in a "professional news package"of riot control training released by the military.
   
   •   "A massive buildup, a lot of movement and its undeniable at this point," read the headline on April 25th after a convoy was seen in Oroville, California that stretched as far as the eye could see.
   
   •   Moving into May, photographs taken in Indiana showed a massive military convoy heading down the freeway. The photos, taken by a concerned citizen, show the convoy heading west on I-70 for reasons unknown.
   
   •   Two days later, video footage, this time out of Texarkana, Arkansas, highlighted a convoy of Humvees driving down the highway as well as a trainload of military vehicles that was seen shortly after.
   
   •   In mid May, Intellihub reporter Alex Thomas published a detailed report that confirmed that the military was indeed training to take on the American people, this time in the form of domestic house to house raids.
   
   •   The next day a new report, also by Alex Thomas, proved that Marines were actually practicing for the internment of American citizens.
   
   •   On May 18th, a train full of hundreds of military Humvees was spotted, further revealing the increased military buildup across the country leading into Jade Helm 2015. The train was heading towards Cleveland for unknown reasons although a possible connection to planned upcoming protests had been mentioned.
   
   •   This past week a massive military war game simulation called Raider Focus was announced. The war game will include the largest military convoy seen on the roads of Colorado since World War II.

  •   On may 23th, Intellihub News reported on pictures sent to ANP that show a 1/4 mile long military train convoy near the Colorado Wyoming border.

   •   Finally, a report published this week detailed a stunning propaganda move by the military involving a New Jersey school and the worship of the military on the streets of America. "As parents, teachers, and students looked on with joy, Marines from the Special-Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force landed helicopters on the baseball diamond of a New Jersey school."


Perhaps the most important aspect of this report, besides the fact that we now have confirmation that at least some within the government are against declaring martial law in America, is the fact that this is direct evidence that President Obama himself has thought about and made sure he has the power to use the military against the public at large.

Instead of assuming he had the power under past executive orders and laws, President Obama's Department of Defense put it in writing during the height of the Tea Party insurgence.

At this point is it up to the American people to continue to counter the propaganda being pushed by the mainstream media and the military PR machine by educating friends and family about the very real and documented dangers of martial law being declared in America.

This could very well be surplus that has been or is demilitarized. (I could be wrong on this count)

You want to know what is there...merely run the stock numbers found on the boxes.  What you call CONEXS are actually shipping containers.  I know this because I work security for a rail yard and see these things all the time.  These containers get mounted on a chassis to be hauled by a big rig to point of shipment which could be a port or railhead.

The guy in the video merely has to insert the stock number into the NSN database search tool to find out exactly whats in the box.

Another possible way to look at Jade Helm.

The USA has never had to fight a war on our own territory, how do you fight among the civilians.

In the past we were pretty secure, now our borders are pouring and with electronic threat and foreign owned ports, how hard would an attack be.

Sex slaves seem to be smuggled easy enough in and out. How hard would it be to construct weapons and bring people? What if there is reason to believe there are thousands of enemies waiting right here in the Us for an action. So what if something needs to be done either for a pending threat or to prepare the military to fight among the population?

In this case what would the Walmarts function as? Holding for enemy or the intervening public who cannot be informed so would read it all as an action against them? Or something else?

FLINT | Reports are coming in from our viewers. The quiet town of Flint Michigan was rocked by explosions early this afternoon as military exercises, ahead of Jade Helm 15, disrupted the peace.

On Tuesday the residents of Flint, Michigan were rattled by explosions that resulted from a secretive Jade Helm 15 urban Army Exercise. When the local representative was asked why the locals weren't warned in advance his response was as typical as it is ominous.

The Michigan Air National Guard published a warning just hours before they began night flying helicopter drills from the Selfridge Air National Guard Base into the surrounding area of Mount Clemens Michigan.??Jade Helm 15 appears to be underway. According to U.S. Army Special Operations Command urban drills conducted by all 4 branches of the military are to begin in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Mi­ssissippi, Florida, and Louisiana from July 15 through September 15, 2015.

The State of Colorado and two Texas counties requested to be dropped off of the list of potential mock war zones. Clearly the Flint Michigan June 2, 2015 exercises are way ahead of schedule. And no warning was given???Jade Helm stands for "Joint Assistant for Deployment and Execution" "Homeland Eradication of Local Militants". This can only mean the returning veterans at the top of the department of homeland security's domestic terrorist list.

Back in 2009, the FBI launched Operation Vigilant Eagle, a nationwide operation that targeted militia/sovereign-citizen extremist groups, with their sites set on veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Wall Street Journal reported on the memo trail that led months later to the desk of then DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano's desk. Janet Napolitano warned of a surge of domestic right wing terror groups that would recruit returning veterans into their fold in order to carry out attacks similar to the blatantly staged Oklahoma City Bombing.

The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the use of federal military personnel to "execute the laws". Regardless, the Feds interpret the language as it may apply to troops used in an advisory, support, disaster response, or other homeland defense role, as opposed to domestic law enforcement.?

American Empire Exposed: What We Know Now about Jade Helm 15 and What We're Soon to Know

The Army's official press release on March 23, 2015 first announced the Jade Helm 15 military operation to the public led by Army Special Operations Commander Lt. General Charles Cleveland.

But before declaring that Jade Helm would be conducted from July 15 to September 15, 2015 in seven states in the southwestern United States, a key Jade Helms planner met quietly with the City Council of Big Springs, Texas on March 10th to inform the city leaders of the nature of the upcoming military operation.

A number of telling statements made by the operations planner, private civilian contractor and ex-Special Forces NCO Tom Meade were later contradicted on April 27th, 2015. The US government's dog and pony show took place a month and a half later in Bastrop County Texas in efforts to dispel the by then rising tide of public concern over Jade Helm 15.

Special Operations PR spokesperson Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria explicitly reassured Americans that the massive summer military operation is simply a Special Forces tactical exercise involving all four branch of services designed to better prepare US soldiers to fight in future wars in foreign countries on similar terrain as the Southwest.

Throughout this two-hour Q & A citizen grilling that only raised more questions than answers, Lastoria was clearly taking cues and orders from his handler Tom Meade silently sitting nearby with frequent eye contact and silent nods.

It was no accident that the Pentagon calculatingly chose to inform the public a full four months in advance of its intended start date as the largest massive military operation of its kind on domestic soil in US history, making it among other things clearly a PSYOPs operation as well.

This is the psychological ploy to learn about and understand the enemy, in this case those Americans who are deemed most apt to overtly resist and oppose the policies of the federal government.

The PSYOPS component to Jade Helm has already learned about the strong backlash of outrage particularly coming from residents of Texas, a state the operation had declared "hostile" (along with Utah and Southern California near the Mexican border).

By knowing your enemy that includes both strengths and weaknesses, a psychological advantage can be gained and this is where psychological warfare of the PSYOPS begins.

Having the advantage of a four-month advance notice to then sit back and observe the internet community's knee jerk reaction allowed mainstream media to go on the offensive to denigrate and ridicule those expressing concern by labeling them paranoid conspiracy nuts.

The standard label of conspiracy theorist has proven an effective albeit unjustified ploy to dismiss and smear the reputation and credibility of  members of the truth movement.

Because MSM as the feds' primary propaganda weapon had lost so much credibility of its own with Americans, the Jade Helm PSYOPS was already effectively achieving its desired outcome.

In one broad stroke, JH15 was rapidly exposing the supposed weakness and paranoia of all independent media to accurately cover such a critically important news story.

Thus, the PSOPS objective to implant distrust toward alternative news outlets was at least partially successful in its transparently desperate aim to restore legitimacy to mainstream media.

However, overlooked is the horrendous track record of lies and deceit by the government and the military giving any self-aware citizen every reason to question what appears to be one more step toward absolute authoritarian control.

Indeed a recent poll found that near half the US population fears that Jade Helm will bring more unwanted federal control over peoples' rights, not to mention a violation of the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act that expressly prohibits the US military from incursion in civil affairs.

By revealing this plan for such a large scale military operation long before it began, the feds wanted to see how Americans would react.

The complete lockdown of Boston after the false flag Marathon bombing was also a federal litmus test designed to assess how America would respond to its first taste of martial law.

It was time to gage the public's response to Jade Helm as a barometer of what opposition the feds might expect to encounter by implementation of this next incremental step closer to complete totalitarian control that martial law would ultimately deliver.

Knowing that upwards of 80% of the US population neither trusts the government nor its six oligarc-owned mainstream media outlets acting as the feds' propaganda machine, for many years Washington has been aggressively preparing an oppressive agenda to deal with the growing civil unrest (as displayed recently in Baltimore and St. Louis) and violent upheaval that it has directly manipulated and intentionally caused by its willfully treasonous actions.

Clearly the government has forsaken, abandoned and betrayed its own people that it's supposed to represent, protect and serve. Instead, by design it has delivered an unsustainably corrupt, broken, collapsing economic system, ever-widening impoverishment and disparity between the rich and poor, the grossest injustice from an equally corrupt and broken judicial system, mounting hostility, aggression and overt murder of increasing number of Americans (especially of color) with total impunity.

And then as if that's not sinister enough, the feds turn around and demonize a growing segment of this population of anyone who may disagree by falsely declaring them homegrown terrorists.

Despite the DHS, the state fusion centers and law enforcement collaborative monitoring and illegal spying, a congressional investigation since 9/11 failed to find a single incidence of an actual domestic terrorist plot uncovered, the traitorous feds have identified war veterans, gun owners, constitutionalists, libertarians, progressive activists, property rights proponents, civil rights activists, Tea Party members, Christians, home schoolers, anti-abortion proponents and right wing paramilitary groups all as potential enemies of the state and domestic terrorists.

As etched in stone at the Georgia Guidestones, the globalist eugenics plan to reduce the population from 7.2 billion to a half billion along with America's 2050 plan together and Deagel representing the military industrial complex's own projected number of Americans falling from 319 million currently to only 65 million by 2025, the federal government apparently plans for massive depopulation by the hard kill fast method of war along with the plethora of soft kill weapons poisoning us with chemtrails, fluoride, vaccines, Monsanto GMO's, nutrient-dead processed foods, and rising toxic levels of radiation and chemical pollution poisoning our air, earth and water.

2015 already is shaping up to be epic in both so called natural disasters through increased waves and magnitudes of earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions and extreme weather events like hurricanes, tornados, floods, fires, blizzards, and droughts. Under black ops authority, the US military has been involved extensively in geo-engineering, weather modification and climate control, playing an enormous, mostly hidden factor in all of these so called natural disasters. The HAARP technology using high frequency electromagnetic beams and electromagnetic pulse (EMP) technology are simply the latest US military weapons at their diabolical disposal.


Though apocalyptic predictions by doomsdayers have come and gone in recent years like the Y2K and the 2012 Mayan endgame hype, 2015 is already stacked up to be a banner year for doom and gloom, perhaps unparalleled in planetary destruction.

Using secondary roads and traveling only at night, truckers from more than a dozen four truck convoys have made their way from the West Coast to Camp Grayling in Michigan's Lower Peninsula where they unloaded their cargo: More than 100 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles - MRAPs.

This information was first brought to the attention of The Truth Is Viral by a high-ranking officer in Michigan's Law Enforcement community, so its provenance is impeccable. This officer introduced TTiV Publisher and Editor-in-Chief Bobby Powell to a truck driver, a mutual friend, with direct knowledge of these convoys.

According to the truck driver interviewed in this episode of The Truth Is Viral, the MRAPs delivered to Camp Grayling - long suspected of being a major FEMA camp - were clearly marked with United Nations insignia.??The truck driver says that these MRAPs are parked in a gravel parking lot on the southeast side of Camp Grayling along a secondary road, and not on the base itself.

Should anyone be out with their camera taking pictures or video of the beautiful Fall foliage that Michigan has to offer, and happens to run across these vehicles, please send your pictures and footage to Bobby Powell at the TTiV Facebook page.

These MRAPs are reported to be stored in an area viewable to the public, so nobody needs to go snooping around Camp Grayling.
