Jade Helm 15, a heavily controversial military exercise, will begin next week.

The media will have no access to what is going on during Jade Helm 15.

If you thought the original announcement of the operation spawned some outrageous conspiracy theories, the news that Jade Helm 15 will not be witness by any reporters ought to really throw fuel on the fire.

During Jade Helm 15, secret Special Operations troops will maneuver through private and publicly owned land in several southern states from July 15th-September 15th.

Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria, spokesman for Army Special Operations Command, said the ASOC is considering allowing a small number of journalists to view specially chosen windows of Jade Helm later this summer, but no promises.

He said, "All requests from the media for interviews and coverage of U.S. Army Special Operations Command personnel, organizations and events are assessed for feasibility and granted when and where possible. We are dedicated to communicating with the public, while balancing that against the application of operations security and other factors."

FOR THE RECORD:
Never before has such a drill of this apparent scope and magnitude occurred on US soil, and while military training exercises happen all the time, and while many or most of them are unknown to the public, this drill has a purpose – Training has purpose.

The only reason you would train on this scale and in this place, is to evaluate your operational abilities in an English speaking, Western environment...

So, theoretically, JADE HELM-15 is training for a Middle-Eastern environment?

However, having lived in Texas (we loved it!) for a year following Hurricane Ike, we will bet those drinks are not Buried Hatchet Stouts and those guys don't look like the Texans we know.

The Pentagon's new thick book of instructions for waging war the legal way says that terrorists also can be journalists.

The description appears in a 1,176-page, richly footnoted "Department of Defense Law of War Manual" that tells commanders the right and wrong way to kill the enemy. It says it's OK to shoot, explode, bomb, stab or cut the enemy. Surprise attacks and killing retreating troops also are permitted. But a U.S. warrior may not use poison or asphyxiating gases.

Going back decades, this is the Pentagon's first comprehensive, all-in-one legal guide for the four military branches, who over the years had issued their own law of war pamphlets for air, sea and ground warfare.

The manual pushes aside the George W. Bush-era label of "unlawful enemy combatant" for al Qaeda and the like. The new term of choice: "unprivileged belligerent."

The Pentagon has released a book of instructions on the "law of war," detailing acceptable ways of killing the enemy. The manual also states that journalists can be labeled "unprivileged belligerents," an obscure term that replaced "enemy combatant."

An eye-catching section deals with a definition of journalists and how they are expected to stay out of the fight.

The manual defines them this way: "In general, journalists are civilians. However, journalists may be members of the armed forces, persons authorized to accompany the armed forces, or unprivileged belligerents."

A group of civilian volunteers are planning to mobilize across several states in an effort to monitor federal troops during the contentious military training exercise — "Operation Jade Helm."

Organized by Pete Lanteri, a former Marine, "Counter Jade Helm" is comprised of more than 200 volunteers in Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Southern California, Texas and Utah, according to the group's Facebook page with more than 6,000 likes.

"We're going to be watching what they do in the public," Lanteri told the Houston Chronicle.

"Obviously on a military base they can do whatever they want. But if they're going to train on public land we have a right as American citizens to watch what they're doing."

Army Special Operations didn't address questions about the civilian surveillance operation, but said in a statement, "This training exercise will go mostly unnoticed; not interfere with private citizens and not violate their privacy and rights. It will not disrupt their economies or livelihoods. State and local officials will receive updates as the exercise progresses and they are equally committed to ensuring the training occurs smoothly."

Operation Jade Helm 15 Gets Underway in Texas


Operation Jade Helm 15, a military training exercise, begins Wednesday in 12 Texas counties: Bastrop, Burleson, Brazos, Edwards, Howard, Hudspeth, Kimble, Martin, Marion, Real, Schleicher and Tom Green. It will also take place at Camp Bullis in San Antonio and Camp Swift in Bastrop County.

Operation Jade Helm 15, the military training exercise that captured the fancy of conspiracy theorists earlier this year, begins Wednesday in a dozen Texas counties and across the Southwest. It will continue through the summer.

The launch comes about two months after what the military describes as a benign training exercise became an international sensation, spurred by speculation that it is the beginning of a federal takeover, perhaps with the help of a string of mysteriously closed Wal-Marts. The anxieties seemed to reach a boiling point in April at a meeting of the Bastrop County Commissioners Court, where a military spokesman was peppered with questions about the operation's true purpose.

Gov. Greg Abbott gave the theories a high-profile platform when he asked the Texas State Guard to keep an eye on the exercise to ensure Texans' "safety, constitutional rights, private property rights and civil liberties will not be infringed." Issued shortly after the Bastrop meeting, the directive drew bipartisan criticism, but Abbott stood by his order, maintaining he was simply responding to constituent concerns.

Recent Intel data..........on Tuesday, a Texas DPS trooper states that several 18 wheelers carrying MRAP vehicles where stopped near George West Texas on Hwy 37.

The reason for the stop was because the MRAPS were armed with machine guns mounted on the top turrets. The trooper stated that the drivers of the 18 wheelers were dressed in civilian clothing, but were actually Army enlisted personnel.

When questioned where they were going, the drivers of the 18 wheelers stated they were heading south towards the border.

The trooper states that several DPS troopers were involved in the stops and that the 18 wheel trucks and the MRAPs were seized/impounded and the drivers of the 18-wheel trucks were detained.

The trooper also stated that they are under orders by the governor to stop, detain and impound any military equipment being moved around in the state off of federal interstates highways and any military armed equipment/vehicles being moved around in the state on any roads or highways in Texas.
This intel was verified.

That should be relatively easy to confirm, an 18-wheel truck is not something easy to hide, but I suspect we will never receive real confirmation.

Interesting tactics, that almost sounds like a threat. 
I do not usually call liar to people I don't know, or people I do not have any way of knowing if they are the source of a known lie, but when I do I will call them liar, regardless of who they are (or think they are).

As I was reading this yesterday after I finished something I spent most of the day doing, I decided to take a look into this, and did a search on that text, and found it posted as being from an email received by someone on July 16th 2015 9:08 AM, as you can see here (is that site's name a coincidence?).

In it, although they have a link to that Steve Quayle page, the text is slightly different (no "Al" at the beginning (what that's supposed to mean?), "Hwy" instead of "Hgwy", an extra "(presumed to be heading southbound toward McAllen and/or Brownsville)") and the text appears formatted in paragraphs, so it doesn't look like it was simply copied from Steve Quayle's site or vice-versa, but both texts have the word "turrents" when it should have been (I think) "turrets".

So, what's the real source of that text and who verified that intel?

The lack of evidence that this really happened, since Tuesday there was more than enough time for anyone to see all those armed MRAP vehicles and the 18 wheelers.

I don't have the slightest idea of who "DJ" or "J. B. Wells" are and why they are supposed to be such important pieces in this case.

It sounds like a warfare environment in which the participants are connected in some way. The easiest thing to share in a network environment is information and communications, and to me, that was never in the military, it sounds like information and communications is as important (or even more important) than fire power, as fire power directed to the wrong target is worth than not using any.

I think things would be easier if the English language would use different words for information-related "intelligence" and though-related "intelligence", I think many misconceptions arise from the use of that word.

The Jade Helm military exercise kicked off today and already the media is diligently beating away at "those crazy conspiracy nuts". They're all to happy to focus on some of the more unbelievable theories floating around, but not a single agency has discussed what was revealed months ago.

In the first video below, Lee Ann McAdoo further confirms what I talked about yesterday in my post titled, Russian Television Reports Martial Law Fear Sweeping Parts of U.S.

Despite mountains of evidence piling up daily that something nefarious is clearly beginning to take shape right in front of us, the American media is noticeably ABSENT in reporting anything of significance. All we hear them are crickets from their lack of reporting anything "newsworthy" all together, or as Lee Ann discusses in the video, they default to finger pointing and laughing.

Our own media won't use an ounce of journalistic integrity and actually do their jobs, so Russian Television did it for them, complete with an accurate lesson in American History.

In the video, Lee Ann brings up what is conveniently being lost in all the buzz, and predictably something the media has stayed far away from entirely since word of Jade Helm first broke, and that's the operational goal of Jade Helm: To Master the Human Domain. What does that mean?

Jade Helm is more than a simple military exercise. If you understand the technologies, you will see that Jade Helm is more an intelligence operation using Geospatial Intelligence mapping.

In military terminology, "the human domain," or "the human domain analytics," refers to anything dealing with people.

The battlefield of the future is not going to be between Nation states, rather there is literally a war on for your mind. It's going to be about "Total Information Awareness."

To briefly recap and save some time, "JADE" is a software application the military is now using that allocates manpower and equipment on-the-fly based on prior experience, prior events, and the capability of being able to "predict criminal activity."

It is an artificial intelligence application that learns which tactics and personnel were most successful in different scenarios, and then builds on its knowledge as it goes. That is the "JADE" part of Jade Helm.

These all sound like things you can see in a science-fiction movie, but the US Department of Defense is actually taking steps to turn these things into reality. Since its foundation in July 2014, the Pentagon's Biological Technology Office (BTO) has been making giant steps in engineering, information sciences and biotechnology to gain technological advantage, particularly in warfare.

Neurologist Geoffrey Ling, head of this new office, said the Pentagon's researches are looking at developing technologies that are previously unimaginable, such as robots and aircraft being controlled by the human mind, or human memories being downloaded into hard drives.

You know how I've been screaming from the rooftops forever about the dangers of the ingestible RFID chips that DAARPA, GOOGLE, and the Department of Defense have been working on, it was for good reason I assure you.

The software that is running "Operation Jade Helm" is from a company called, "Palantir," and we know Palantir was funded by the CIA.

What we don't know is whether Bilderberg Chief Peter Thiel asked the CIA to fund and build it for him, or if the CIA funded and built it, and then asked Thiel to run it.

Jade Helm 15 is an unprecedentedly massive domestic military training exercise intended to expose thousands of both American and international troops to realistic combat experiences in our own backyards.

And on July 15, 2015 this homeland security and intelligence operation officially began in full swing, coming out from the shadows and into the daylight for purposes of intimidation, data gathering (primarily so) and property confiscation among many others.

It has been in the 48+ hours since Jade Helm 15 has begun that more information, insight and wisdom about and from this social occupation staging event has been created and organized than any other period leading up to it.

Among this new glut of information are several new moving pieces and events that I would like to address in this video which I feel are especially important and indicative of how the next two months of Jade Helm 15 are going to be in quality/character, with the volume of similar near future moving pieces likely to be exponentially greater.

A first new aspect to Jade Helm 15 that has emerged over the past twenty four hours is evidence that (as is being widely shared among Jade Helm 15 observers) is that in fact a citizen has been shot dead by military troops related to this domestic training exercise (with more information capable of being accessed via link #1 in the show notes).

However it should be mentioned, as the Pete Santilli Show YouTube channel does in a video released on July 15th, 2015 (which can be accessed via link #2 in the show notes below) that this information is possibly part of a larger PsyOp or Psychological Operation by the military intended to share viral disinformation capable of turning others into zombies who then perpetuate the false data, so always check the sources of any report.

The larger observation here is that in addition to the Jade Helm 15 troop deployment is simultaneously conducted psychological warfare by the military unto the raw minds of 319 million Americans, which of course is nothing new and a great historical example of which can be found via link #4 in the show notes below.

Essentially, whether or not the reports of a first innocent civilian having been gunned down by Jade Helm 15 military personnel are true or not, the information is (in of itself) capable of ratcheting the zeitgeist of an entire population up several notches, which is (ultimately) the purpose of military propaganda in one form or another.

Another important moving piece of Jade Helm 15 to surface over the past forty eight hours is the complete lack of coverage by the mainstream media of the Jade Helm 15 domestic training exercise except in the context of referring to concerned citizens as "crazy conspiracists," which is extraordinarily dangerous and outlandishly irresponsible language to use.

However, as is discussed in a previous Jade Helm 15 video on this YouTube channel, there has been and will be no access given to any media outlets by the military for interviews or filming of Jade Helm 15 related activities, which certainly is a challenge.

But you would think that this "challenge of censorship" would inspire the mainstream media to become exceptionally concerned and focused on investigating Jade Helm 15 in its fullest, but this is obviously not the case as there is indeed an intentional conspiracy for a media blackout.

All I have to say is that Edward R. Murrow would be all up in this topic fighting for clarity, but the mainstream media (as he so poignantly predicted) has changed for the worst and now acts as an extension of encroaching militarism.

Jade Helm 15 is one of the most important and relevant Now moment events unfolding in our present day reality, so as more information and context about this topic emerges, I will of course continue to share what I find through new videos on this YouTube channel.

Jade Helm 15 is an unprecedentedly massive domestic military training exercise involving thousands of troops and support personnel which is scheduled to take place between July 15th and September 15th in the southwestern region of the United States.

And many individuals across the country (as well as planet) have been alerted to both the scale and likely impact of Jade Helm 15, a military operation intended to expose soldiers to "realistic combat experiences" right in our own back yards.

In this video I am going to answer four questions put to me by you the viewer about Jade Helm 15, so let's get started.

Questions:

1 - What are your experiences with Jade Helm 2 type technologies or related research?

2 - Why are American police being equipped with military technologies?

3 - Have you come across any information about the kinds of ammunition Jade Helm 15 troops will be using?

4 - What have you noticed as being obvious examples of PsyOps related to Jade Helm 15?

Especially when one considers that if any of the multitude of internet videos from the interested public are true regarding the movement of tanks, Bearcats, Humvees and satellite uplink vehicles, it would work out to one of each for each of the '1200' participants.

Unfortunately there will always be those among us who feel they have something to prove.

We do not profess to be perfect and confess to our listeners on a regular basis that we are apt to get "it" wrong from time to time, it is just the nature of being in a media where most of the information we use is based on trust that NOBODY would want to do harm to us, especially on purpose.

Sadly, someone did want to do just that in what they call an effort to prove what mindless people our listeners are.

We at the Pete Santilli Show take offense. When someone else in alternative media confesses that they purposefully lied and used deception to make a fool of and or mock the work that other people dedicate their lives to, then yes, we have something to say about that.

First of all, Ryan Brooks up until yesterday was what most would consider a reliable source. He is former military - Does a podcast hocking silver with Chris Duane - and though he has his opinion about Jade Helm, he gave no indication he would be capable of pulling a malicious stunt that could potentially cause people to lose their personal freedom and maybe even their life.

Up until this morning we had never heard of this guy Ryan Brooks who now states he was just taking a morning run and somehow came up with the elaborate plan to hoax a video and impose himself into the lives of thousands of people who could care less that he is somehow butt-hurt over not getting enough attention when it came to his views about Jade Helm.

He dangled his proverbial "carrot" as he called it, so that he could then righteously point a finger at everyone else and admonish and judge the thousands of hours we have all collectively put into bringing the best footage and analysis we can possibly bring with the limited amount of data we have and then he stands there with a smirk on face patting himself on the back.

We have brought on several former military experts and many others to give ongoing analysis about what Jade Helm is and we think we have done a pretty damn good job.

You may now put this guy in the same category with Mark Kessler, you know the ex-cop that infiltrated alternative media with a bunch of bogus videos, used everyone he came in contact with to get information about the patriot movement, and then cried like a girl about how everyone else was so terrible and he was so amazing for wanting to fork everybody over.

So Ryan Brooks got what he wanted ..... He has our attention. Dahboo7, LTC Roy Potter, Tom Lacovara Stewart, Blaine Cooper, and our listeners - will have their say tonight on The Pete Santilli Show.
