I'm looking into donating some fund's to help the People of Nepal during their tough time right now and wonder if anyone here is also doing so, and if you looked into which charity get's stuff done rather than charity's that consume 90% of fund's before a finger is lifted off a keyboard.

I will donate to this organization as they have some good ambassador's who know the area, and also provide expenditure report's yearly:

But all the same a few buck's here, and a few buck's there help people with different outcome's.

Are there any organisation's you guy's are helping that I should know about that get the job done ?

As far as I have seen so far they are a good group with the majority of the money getting to where it is needed  (unlike the Red Cross)

Thanks mate, they look more legit than some!

Don't get going on the Red Cross.. The Swisse Bank of Laundering under the guise of using my money as an everyday chump who has all the best intentions to help people in a less fortunate circumstance

>:(  Mr Wong no like Red Cross

They collected millions for the victims of 9/11  Only a small amount actually reached anyone

They collected around 6 BILLION for Japan  Three months after the Tsunami not one dime had reached Japan.  I posted an article somewhere on their excuse  something about Japan refusing the money and they use big disasters to collect money for day to day operations  (like huge salaries for execs :P )

Always best to find a LOCAL group that has boots on the ground  With Paypal these days it is easy to send cash directly to the source

In Japan there was a famous musician (in the Anime circles) that set up a local fund where 100% of the money went to the needy  My daughter donated to that
