While this is not UFO related, we in the USA have had a political black cloud hanging over us, about the citizenship of illegal alien children born in the United States. Most of us have heard many times that anyone born in the USA automatically is a US citizen, regardless of their legal status. And even more recently, the Obama administration and political left has been greatly promoting all aspects of increasing illegals coming in, including families of such aliens born in the USA. Even when some have spoken out about this, there are always claims that "it is in the Constitution, and can only be changed if the Constitution is changed".

Well finally, the reality of what the Constitution says is finally being set forth, and we can know the TRUTH! The 14th Amendment of the Constitution is very specific about what is allowed in terms of birthright citizenship in the USA. It very specifically states that  to be eligible for citizenship, that baby or naturalized citizen must be "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States" - - that does not fit for an illegal alien baby born in the USA!!

Here is a great radio discussion (in two parts) on this, with Mark Levin talking with Professor Edward Erler, one of the foremost experts on the fourteenth amendment and birthright citizenship clause.

Back many years ago NASA had an Alien Contact Law... making it ILLEGAL to have any contact with Aliens or their craft...

It is interesting to note that Vice Admiral Richard Truly, first secret astronaut BEFORE NASA existed was the one that squashed that law during his stint as director of NASA
