Thought maybe my loving fans voted me out and cleansed my IP but checking it out over on isitdown the site was up but I am having problems getting to it.

Is there an attack on the system lords domain?

Same for me! I am confident that Z and others are dealing with this. It was up, then down, then back up, then down, and now back up. Probably not cased by excessive viewer traffic, unless it is some sort of bots!

Well maybe   Seems many peoples accounts were affected. Since all my sites are under livingmoon now   all of them were out

Globat usually posts a message on control panel but this time it took me an hour to even get live chat...  They told me "they are aware of the problem and it affected many clients"

So highly paid monkeys are working on it

I'm used to it now.  I'd hate to think we could ever loose this site. 
I don't know about the mechanisms in place, but is there a back up if the worst should ever happen?

Database is backed up  Forum files are backed up  so yes the forum can be copied to any server  but would likely lose some recent posts depending on when the last backup of the database was done

This time was simply the server itself. They may have been updating equipment (as it was done on a Sunday....

or some equipment burnt out. and they had to reload it.  A few years back one of the main server buildings literally blew up   They were down for 24 hours  Not bad considering

This one falls under the SH!T HAPPENS  category

So anything we have is under that domain  Even UMLR, LandofLegendsLV and my other domains all point to sub directories to keep it on one hosting account
