Is this guy a magician ? as It would make a great trick if he was able to also disguise his hands more..

or is it the latest like Robo cop... or man in a car seat like space suit with a head rest visor ...

or the latest in Car Suit technology..

Where is his eyes looking from ..

It would have been good to see the Cops faces and reactions  when they came across it...Would liked to have seen them...

If I saw that car driving along...

Would I be thinking Its the latest in non driver technology..
