this is one reason photos aren't admissible in court anymore...too easily photoshoped to be believeable

Someone on the Internet   but the first three have been around for some time and can easily be pulled up from official news sources..  I have not yet searched for the last one in media yet though I did see a fuller version of the picture

That is actually unusually stupid...

If you see what appears to be the SAME person in more than one photo... looking for things like matching jewelry, clothing or other items is a valid part of identification...

In this case it may be the bottom photo is reversed so the wrist band is actually on the same wrist...  now ask me why I think that

I disagree, those very things are unique to individuals. Mannerisms along with facial expressions and the way people express grief or surprise are all very unique and identifiable.
