Uncensored decentralized search engine YaCy - Any Info?

I found this suggestion for a search engine and thought I would ask the fine Folk here if any of You see an issue with this.  I'm not tech oriented enough for a proper vetting.

I am not the most tech savvy person... but If I understand this right it is similar to the .TOR and Deep web/hidden internet sites already out... Lots of weird stuff on there supposedly... ranging form anything you can think of to secret government files... I was going to look but It seemed kind of risky... if you try it please get a proxy and other safety measures .
