I've always wondered if that paint scheme doesn't have something to do with Santa Claus.

Maybe I'm just a suspicious old bag.

You probably got that idea from the Apollo "Houston there is a Santa Claus"

No they didn't use that as a code word for UFO as many believe  I heard that broadcast live and it at Christmas  

Back then Astronauts didn't even want to report to mission control if they saw something weird  and if they did it was on the other private channel

Using an obvious thing like Santa Claus  hell they might as well scream out alien spaceship because that is what people will believe anyway
